Percy Jackson is Awesome!!! discussion

I think they did a lot. It just struck me by surprise and I'm a little shocked.

I actually loved everyone's character development, especially Jason becoming more Greek.

I mean thats true. The new characters aren't BAD. I think I just got wayyyy to attached to them. I'm still a little sad.

I don't like Piper that much either.

As for characters changing, I don't think they changed that much. Not intrinsically, they've grown/matured though. But I think their personalities are pretty much the same.

What I found stranger was Hazel suddenly thinking of Jason as someone who she couldn't get a read on and didn't understand and found cold. Previously in the books he was someone who she liked and missed after he was lost, she spoke about how she liked him etc. That was almost as weird as Nico ageing so suddenly.

I find Jason a little to well like a closed book I don't know why probobly because he can't remember anything but he is always quite and in his own ways he is as quite as nico but he didn't shut out the world but I really hope he finds someone he truly likes, even loves

And not many people like piper the goddess of love (ohh the irony) but there isn't anything wrong with her and yes she use to be really attached to Jason but she's not anymore and she can charm speak to trick you and kills people not many Aphrodite girls do that

I don't dislike Piper, but I wouldn't say I'm attached to her either. And I get what Rick was talking about with Jason, but for it to come from Hazel seemed like a 180 from what she was like before, having known him at camp Jupiter.

Ehh Piper is cool.

But Hazel is awesome!

Hazel rocks! Heh Sarah is the one here who plays Hazel usually. :P Piper's pretty cool too. I just hate the fact that she thinks shes dating my man.

Alright this might be the stupidest question/comment/post. But what are the chances that Percy is gonna die? There's a lot of talk that Riordan is planning to kill someone and Percy's changed and such. But does anyone think Percy would actually die? Would Rick do such a thing?

I think that just means we won't see any stories about Percy again, which is something Rick has said before. I don't see Percy dying at the end, but it's possible, just like any of the others.

I really hope it doesn't happen because I may fall into a depression

I doubt he'll die but the way it was worded just scared me
