Well, guys, I think we should get started. So here's the first object of interest: what's the setting?

Alright I guess I'm going to be the only person to put somthing out here and this is totally off the top of my head so I'm not going anywhere with this so okay here it goes:
Main Character: Izabella Lucia
Plot: Shes being fostered by her aunt and uncle (Who are total douches) so she ecsapes into this other realm threw the power of imagination?


So yeah I've given you somthing to work with here.

Yes, she is called a Dreamwalker, because she can teleport places through her dreams, and she is the last of a long line of Dreamwalkers?

But at first she didn't know...

and then one day she is so mad she just lies down and falls asleep, and travels to this land.

This land looks like a paradise at first but she realizes it is in grave danger?

AND AND AND...she meets other people with different powers along the way?

Ok so...these are the different powers:

DREAMWALKERS: They can teleport through dreams

PATHSEERS: They can see the future

ECHOTRACERS: They can hear things from really really far away.

FASTDASHERS: They can run super super fast.

EARTHBLENDERS: They can blend in and go unseen.

MINDMOVERS: They can move objects with their minds.

Instead of making them too powerful, lets have the shifters (Imageswayers) only shift their appearance into some other human form...because if they could shift into anything they would be way too powerful.

IMAGESWAYERS: Can change their appearance to another person's appearance.

hmmm those are some awesome ideas! love them!!!

I have another idea while we're waiting...it's probably gonna sound lame, but we could make this a kind of Cinderella story. Her prince is in the imagination land, and she keeps getting jerked out of the imagination land, back into the real world. What do you think?

maybe since she is being fostered she could meet her actual parents in the dream land or learn of what became of them, maybe something happened that kept her from finding them

We need a bad dude/dudette! And also, this is an idea I'm using for my own story, but I'm fine if we use it here.

Celestial Dreamer: A dreamwalker who has achieved nearly complete power over her teleportation and who protects the other world place from danger.

Bad person: A middle aged lady who wants to become a celestial dreamer, and was so obsessed with it that she started accumulating the power of the dreamwalkers. Her name can be... Angelyn? She created these creatures called Bone Spirits, the skeletons of creatures filled with one goal: To kill the Celestial Dreamers and the Dreamwalkers.

I think we have a wonderful amount of powers in this world and I like them all. But I think we should also think about the creatures that inhabit this world. I also like the fact !~Him~! brought up villains because honestly what story doesn't have a villain.

I think for another villain we could have an embodiment of her aunt and uncle since this world is created by her imagination. It would have two heads and only one body and it would look as if two bodies had been sewn together.

Also with the whole Prince thing I think that in the real world he they should be best friends and in the imaginary world he’s well her prince.

in harry potter the nonmagic folk are called muggles, the nonmagic people in our story should be called groders (groders with a long 'o')

wow great ideas guys! i love all of them. ok heres kind of a new summary of the story based on the ideas.

the girl lives with her mean/evil aunt and uncle. because her life is so bad, she escapes into this imagination land and lives there in her imagination. she meets her prince (cinderella story). but, since all her real life acquaintances are in her imagination, (the prince is one of her friends in real life) her aunt and uncle are in it too. they are the villains. so, she, her prince, the magical creatures of her land, and the other magical people in that land (they could actually be real life people as well, transferred into her dream) band together to defeat her evil aunt and uncle. in the real world, the girl stays in a coma for her whole life, since she defeats her evil aunt and uncle in the imaginary world and decides to keep living there.

also, i think that all the people that are mirrored in her imaginary world from the real world should have different names than the names of themselves in the real world. does that make sense?

last, i think that the girl's name and the boy's name should be something more relevant than their characters. lets say a bunch of names for the boy and for the girl, then i'll gather them up into a poll and we can all vote on them.
