This section was all I wanted and more from the last section.

So much explaining and still so much mystery, how is this even possible.

Although I really liked the Duncan/Violet pairing, I think that Quigley/Violet moment was adorable. The way Lemony Snicket went about giving them privacy was so cute, I don't remember any other time reading these books I actually squealed. Oh that's right, that's because these are books of despair. Now I'm definitely sure Quigley isn't making it to any of the other books.

Yay, we finally get what V.F.D. is. Finally. If I had to wait one more book, I would've died. Volunteer Fire Department though... I doubt they actually put out fires, so I wonder what the code is for.

Ah, so we were correct? Lemony is the other man in the picture with the Baudelaires and Jacques? Hm... I wonder what this means for the plot of the series.

Now I really miss Jacques. Boo.
