In addition to having books you love, there are also books you hate. Books that make you want to tear out each page and rip them to shreds or perhaps use them to kindle a fire. What are some books you hate?

Im probably going to get so much hate for this. But I absolutely love John Green, cried and adored Looking for Alaska and The Fault in Our Stars, but the main character in Abundence of Katherines annoyed me and I have only read the first two chapters, then went on re-reading the Mortal Instruments.. again haha please dont hate me haha

Haha I dont hate you! I could never hate a person that actually reads to be honest :) The only person that i know that reads is my best friend and she only reads when she doesnt have internet haha oh and me

I hate life as we knew it so much!! It was so boring!!!

Right now, I'm reading Just Listen by Sarah Dessen, (almost finished) and I hate it. It is soooo typical and boring. Its kind of stupid.

I also hated Bearstone.

3) finnick died
other characters i disliked and how fake peeta was

I honestly really didn't like the 5th wave. I hardly ever not finish a book, but I just couldn't waste my time with it and even returned it lol

I really hated The Forest of Hands and Teeth. The protagonist, GIRL I WANNA SLAP YA!

I hated the Forest of Hands and Teeth soooooo much too! I DETEST that book!

I saw the summary of the Forest of Hands and Teeth and I figured it couldn't be that spectacular haha

XD I saw the cover and figured the same. But I ran out of books and got desperate ;P

It was stupid, and it reminded me of The Lucky Bones too much. And I hated that book too, but not as much.

I've never read that. All I know is that it was a gigantic pain to read and I can't believe I wasted my time on it

I finished Famished a few hours ago. The worst Dystopia/post apocolyptic book ever

i had to read This Dark Endeavor for english last year. I almost killed myself it was so boring. and after i reading the ending i wanted to tear it in half and throw it in my fireplace!

the moon and more by sarah dessen was a big letdown for me too.

And I hated The Knife of Never Letting Go, though I still liked aspects of it.
I also kind of sort of didn't really like....*whispers* the first Vampire Academy book.

Has anyone read Drink, Slay, Love? It's a vampire book with a girl as the main character, but to me it was totally unexpected and hilarious - as long as you don't take it too seriously.

That book sounds like a parody of Eat, Pray, Love

Well, I haven't read that one, but I'm pretty sure it's only the title that's a parody of it :)

I too was not impressed with Legend. I can't say I hated it but it didn't live up to all the hype for me.

We have to read it this year in school and it's horriblee. I know its for kids since I read it when I was NINE. I expected now that I'm in secondary school we might actually read good YA books but nooo the torture continues. :( *sigh

Hate: Catcher in the Rye and Old Man and the Sea. Ugh.

I didn't like the maze runner like the first book was good, but the second book made me lose interest.
