I think this book was a lot better than Twilight. Don't get me wrong, I love Twilight but if you want a real romance story, this is the one for you!

Well, we're not talking about Pulitzer Prize winning/literary masterpieces here, so to say that one was better than the other is rather subjective. I loved Twilight - when it came out - a few years ago. Now? I'm OVER Twilight and loving Perfect Chemistry instead. In all fairness, I can simply say that I'm loving Perfect Chemistry AS MUCH AS I loved Twilight a few years ago. Sorta like when you fall in love with someone, go separate ways, meet someone new, and then fall in love with that new person in the same manner in which you loved the previous one.
At least, that's how I see it.
I love contemprary/realistic stories as much as I love my paranormal (vamps, shifters, demons, etc.), so the fact that Perfect Chemistry is more realistic, in my opinion, doesn't make it better (for me). It just makes it fresh and different from Twilight, but still evokes (for me) that swept-away feeling that I had when I first read SMeyer's story.
