Sassy Lou (sassylou) I have too many to give a specific one. I do like Stephenie Meyer, and Tamora Pierce, and Meg Cabot. Um, I can't think of any others at this exact moment (I've read way too many books that I've liked.) but I'm sure I'll thik of more soon.

Sassy Lou (sassylou) Ooh, I like Ally Carter. She's great. And Cassandra Clare.

i've not hurd of them, what do they write?

message 12: by Sassy (new)

Sassy Lou (sassylou) Um, Ally Carter has these books about a private school for teenage girls spys, with some of the longest titles I've ever seen. The first one is I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You, the second is Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy, and the third is Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover. I just finished reading the last one; it was very good. The entire series is really quite funny. Cassandra Clare wrote the Mortal Instruments trilogy: City of Bones, City of Ashes, and City of Glass.

message 14: by Sassy (new)

Sassy Lou (sassylou) Yup. I love them!

message 28: by Kim (new)

Kim I think my favourite author right now is Nora Roberts. I love her books.

I do have other authors I turn to for different things. I love a new Cathy Kelly book- as they are usually quite long and I can lose myself in them. I also like Danielle Steel for comfort reading. They are formula books- you can usually tell where they are heading, but I like to curl up with them with a nice cup of tea for a pleasant evening read!

message 31: by Kim (new)

Kim Cathy Kelly writes books similar to Marian Keyes and Lisa Jewell. They are usually quite long- which I love. A couple of hers are Always and Forever and someone like you. They are sometimes set in Ireland.
