Finn Somerset and Courtney Mathers were childhood who spent their summers together in the small farming town of San Morello. When Finn sells a stake in his company, and moves back to San Morello, the town he loved as a child is dramatically different.

The technology boom has turned the area from small farming community to a playground for the affluent.

Courtney wanted nothing more than to leave San Morello in her past, but the death of her grandmother, and her divorce brought her back to the town a few years before. She never expected to see Finn Somerset again, and the fact that he is her new neighbor is almost more than she can bare.

Are the feelings the two of them shared so long ago still there? Will new love interests keep the two of them from exploring their feelings? Will the first summer they spend together in fifteen years bring them together forever, or tear them apart?
