Things I liked about the book The Roar by Emma Clayton are that it is very futuristic and that it started off with a girl named Ellie escaping from the space station Queen of the North. She was twelve and yet she was smart enough to fly a pod fighter and out smart the whole crew. She had found out the ANIMAL PALGUE was not real and was flying with her pet monkey. This book also has a futuristic London completely surrounded with a 50 feet above sea level wall and had barbed wire fence on top and laser guns.
Some things I disliked about this book is it has 500 pages and 53 chapters and I don't really like to read. win Ellie's pod fighter went under water her twin brother Mika was feeling like he was getting strangled and had to go to the hospital. Mika has to play a video game to get closer to finding his sister and has to beat each level to continue. I gave this book a 4 out of 5 star rating because it has 500 pages and I had to read it in a short time.
