The sixth compartment of Carriage 3. It can seat eight, but for comfort's sake, usually seats no more than six.

Emma | 256 comments [Enter Eve Bajenaru from Carriage 3 Corridor, Message 5]

Eve lifted her luggage into an empty compartment and sat down, pulling out one of her latest magazines to read for entertainment, if she wasn't going to have anyone to talk to.

"Hey Eve," a boy said, slipping into the carriage only a few minutes after the girl. His name was Jackson Patrick Straut, but almost everyone knew him as Patrick. He was the same age as Eve, fifteen, returning for his fifth at Hogwarts. He knew the brown-haired girl from Quidditch—he played on the Hufflepuff team, and she, for Ravenclaw. "You don't mind if I join you, yeah?"

Emma | 256 comments [Enter Loki Graton]

"Hey Patrick!" Eve said with a smile, and was not at all surprised when their friend Loki followed. "Hey Loki!" Eve wasn't sure how exactly Lochlan had received the nickname, but it had stuck.

Loki walked into the compartment. "Hello to you as well." He said with a smile, taking a seat.

s•u•n•s•h•i•n•e «§KENZ§» | 1149 comments The train lurched forward, causing Patrick to stumble a step and literally fall into the seat next to Eve, his upper half almost tumbling into Eve's lap as he fought the inertia of the train as it quickly picked up speed. "Bloody—" He quickly pushed himself away from the girl, his cheeks burning in his utter embarrassment. "I am so sorry! I didn't—" The boy broke off, too mortified to speak, clapping a hand on his forehead with a complete loss of words.

Emma | 256 comments "Oh, um, it's fine." Eve blushed and moved over slightly, hating how the light pink colour seemed to flood her whole face and make her look like a tomato. "I get really off balance too." She said, trying to lessen the awkwardness.

Loki sat down on the opposite side of the compartment, and waited for the two to sort themselves out. He didn't really have much to say, and he wondered where his two siblings might be.

s•u•n•s•h•i•n•e «§KENZ§» | 1149 comments Patrick said nothing, instead giving Loki a desperate look, only poorly concealed from the blushing female beside him. Silently, he was begging Loki to not abandon him.

message 8: by Emma, Head of Ravenclaw (new)

Emma | 256 comments "So, um....that's awkward." Loki said, trying to think of something that might help Patrick. "Oh! Is that the new Vogue?" He asked, staring at the magazine Eve had left open.

She laughed. "Yeah, you can read it if you want." She told Loki.

s•u•n•s•h•i•n•e «§KENZ§» | 1149 comments Patrick had forgotten about Loki's love of fashion until he asked about Eve's magazine. "Good grief," he muttered, literally face palming—for emphasis, naturally. A little dramatic effect never did any harm.

message 10: by Emma, Head of Ravenclaw (new)

Emma | 256 comments Eve laughed at Patrick's reaction. "Sorry to torture you. I'll make him wait until we get to Hogwarts, if it makes you feel any better." Loki pouted, wanting to flip through the magazine as soon as possible.

After searching and searching for an empty compartment and groaning in complaint when she couldn't find one, Dalia trudged into the compartment with Eve, Patrick, and Loki. She knew all of their names from all the years at Hogwarts, but she had never conversed with them and she wasn't quite sure if they knew her name. Oh well. She sat down a few feet away from Loki. "I-Is it okay if I sit here?" She stammered nervously. Her social skills definitely weren't up to par. Juliette, her little kitten, meowed after Dalia asked them.
