Hola Karen, The English language is becoming riddled with acronyms, that don't communicate to a outsider what the heck they stand for. I have no idea what ARC is. Would you elucidate please. Pull me out of the dark ages.
Gracias,
John
ARC stands for Advance Review (or Reviewer) Copy. It's a pre-publication version of a book, sent to reviewers or prospective reviewers, for those who don't get galleys from a publisher.John wrote: "Hola Karen,

I know ARC's are expected to have a few typos -- but with the prejudice against indie authors to contend with, is fixing a typo on the cover, albeit one that doesn't leap to the eye, worth (a) sending out the ARC's less than four months before publication or (b) pushing back the publication date?
Opinions, please!
