"On page 81, The Libby app says I reached chapter 5 in 81 out of 1, 087 pages in a one-hour reading session last night. That was one of the most confusing openings I've ever read in any fantasy book. Still confused re: the characters, esp who the main character is. But it seems very tightly written, & the settings are intriguing even if the characters aren't yet.
