This is a very interesting read. I read it last summer. Not exactly a beach read, but something that everyone should explore a bit. Considering how everyone gets so caught up in the little things that may be 'annoying' from day to day, this book really makes you take a step back and think. Also, it is interesting to think about your happiness 'set-point'. We hear about people who win the lottery or lose a limb, but basically return to their 'set-point' of happiness after a few months or year. It just goes to show that happiness is affected by your situtation and surroundings, but those who have an underlying joy in their life can weather the good times and bad on a whole different level.
