I hate to say it, but I saw that quote Sharpied on the restroom door of the A-1 diner in Hollowell, Maine, three years ago. (I'm not lying- I have a good memory.) Unless Ben went there and made that, it's likley it's an actual quote. The rest, I;m not sure about...
