Thanks, Tom for the links. But I'm obviously not meant to read this book. On both sites it says "This mobile site does not currently support the purchase of this item. Add it to your wish list .." Further down it did say you could get it for 0, but when I pressed the link it didn't lead to anything.

Perhaps it has to do with my living in Denmark, I don't know.
