God Don't Like Ugly discussion

Title: God Don't Like Ugly by Mary Monroe
This book is about a young girl name Annette Goode who keeps a terrible secret from her own mother. Being that the secret was that Mr. Boatwright was abusing her each day , yet Mr. Boatwright was an older guy ,a broader who Annette mother took into her home.One summer Annette turned thirteen and meets a lady name Rhoda Nelson who was the women she wasn't . Rhoda eventually helps Annette survives adolescence and blossoms in a women that would change her life forever.
I really enjoyed reading the book that at most times I didn't want to put it down. As I read the book it got deeper and deeper as we'll as exciting which I would and will read again.
I would recommend this book to my family , friends , classmate and whoever else that I may come in contact with.

This book is amazing. Mary Monroe is one of my favorite authors, she is really talented and encouraged me to write my first book.

I love the book as well as the next two books in this series. I am hoping to revisit them 2015/2016 in order to complete the entire series.

I am reading FAMILY OF LIES by Mary Monroe. I read GDLU and loved it! I will have to re-read it before heading on to Book #2.

I enjoyed this book and her other books. Awesome author.
