I think that Chloe is a little inexperienced, and I don't think she really wants to be a mod.

Mimi really hasn't been active, so she wouldn't be my first choice.

So it comes down to Stephanie or Emma.

Hmm, how about we do this thing where they have to prove that they could be great mods, then we'll make the final choice? Maybe there could be a group message sent about how we'll maybe choose the person, depending on their activity, starting now.

So Layla and I talked, and she decided to step down as a mod, since she's got stuff happening in her life.
So we have two slots open. So I think Emma should be one of the mods, and I don't know who should get the other spot.
