Carter, Kasey, Alexis, and Lydia

I really loved all the characters. They were diverse and very well written.
Alexis, is probably my favorite. She's been through hell and back, and I just love her determination, bravery, selflessness and how she's so protective over her sister, after what had happened to Kasey, she does anything to keep her out of harms way.
Kasey, is really great too. Comparing her to the somewhat childish and anxious girl she was in the first two books, she has really grown and become mature. I love the sisters relationship, you can tell she cares about Alexis and doesn't like the way Jared treats her.
Carter Blume though. Is he like the perfect boyfriend or what. He is just so caring, protective-and not in an obsessive way either, but in a really genuine manner, he cares for Alexis, her well being and happiness. He is really brave too and respect Alexis, but wishes she would open up to him, and stop feeling as if she has to protect him. He is the type of guy who would drop everything and walk across the face of the earth if he has to to help his girl.

I also have to mention Elliot. Wow, she was a really great woman. Her feminism, confidence and intelligence were just fantastic. She is the type of girl I would like to emulate.
