Ｈｕｎｇｅｒ Ｇａｍｅｓ discussion

District 10 is one of the poorer of the thirteen districts of Panem. Its main industry is livestock, and provides beef for the Capitol. The majority of District 10 is farmland.

Scarlet carried a bucket of milk to the town square. She walked into a store and traded it for baby clothes for her newborn brother. Scarlet trudged out of town, she walked 3 miles to her house and stepped inside, "Hello?" No one answered, as usual either her family was outside working on their farm or they were at school.

Scarlet walked down the small hallway and into her bedroom, if you call a bedroom that you share with your 5 siblings and your two parents "yours". She threw off her fathers plaid jacket, slipped off her wellingtons, and jumped into her bed she shared with her two sisters. She wrapped herself in the thin quilt that was used as a blanket and closed her eyes. Scarlet soon drifted off to sleep.

Scarlet woke up startled, she jumped out of the bed and ran outside.
(She's been asleep for 5 days XD)

"Hey Scarlett," said Jade who almost always happy. "What chores do you have today, I got cow milking?"

Scarlet walked over to the largest cow they owned, Bessie, "Hey big girl."

"Horse stables. Gotta clean out the poop." Scarlet shuddered.
((Btw Scarlet is in the 95th Hunger Games so this will take place before it))

Jade sat down on a stool and started to milk Bessie.
((Going to Los Angeles, California, wont be able to post till tomorrow, bye))

Scarlet walked out of the milking parlor and skipped to the horse stables.

Jade started to hum to herself. She wondered how her cousin, Ruby was doing in district 4.

Rayne sat on his house steps. They were old and creaky, but they were still alive and stood up, so they were somewhat safe.

After Jade finished her work, she walked over to Rayne's house.

Rayne smiled as he saw Jade walk over. "Jade!" He called out to her, standing up.

"Hey Rayne" Jade said.
((Is he going to be a tribute because we need a male district 10 tribute))

((Sure))
"What's up?" He said giving her a hug.

"Finished my job at the stables." she said.

"That's good. I'm just sitting here thinking about the reaping and the Capitol." He told her.

"I know the reaping is coming up, I'm pretty nervous." Jade said

"Your going to be fine. Hopefully the odds will be in our favor for another year."

"I don't know I feel like I will be reaped." Jade said.

"Don't think like that Jade." Rayne told her.

Jade sat on the stairs. "Are you sure these are safe?" she asked.

Rayne laughed. "Not sure. I hope so or we have two feet down to fall." Rayne smiled at her.

"What's under this house?" Jade asked. "I heard there was like some olde thing under this house. So I zoned out." She laughed

Rayne chuckled. "I have no clue."

"Oh" Jade said. "Do you want to come to our house for dinner?"

"Sure. I'd love to." Rayne smiled at her.

"Were having......." she started. "I don't know, ask Scarlet."

"Ok, I shall. Where is she? I don't know about you, but I'm ready for one of your house dishes." He smiled.

"Back at our house cleaning the horse stables." she laughed then added. "Serves her right."

Rayne laughed. "I guess."

"Well what are you waiting for?" she got up and took Rayne's arm and pulled him.

Rayne laughed and got up with Jade swooping her up into his arms, still heading to her house.

At the House..........
"I wonder where Scarlet is?" Jade wondered. ((**cough cough** this means you Anna))

"I don't know." Rayne said setting Jade down.

"Emerald, get down here." Jade said. ((**cough cough** THIS MEANS YOU KC)) "Sometimes you just have to take control"

Rayne smiled and chuckled. Sometimes Jade was funny.

"Well we need to wait for Emerald because she was in charge of cooking" Jade waited patiently at the table holding Rayne's hand waiting for Emerald.

Rayne sighed. "So watch ya wanna do?" He asked.
