Published in 1871, this novel explores issues of inheritance, filial duty, repentance and love, as told in the story of the wooing and losing of Sir Harry Hotspur's daughter and heir Emily.

The GR description says this is one of Trollope's best short novels. I'll be exploring more, but I hope to find better.My review.
