Cindy Miles has some really cute books where one of the main characters is a ghost
Spirited Away by Cindy Miles Highland Knight by Cindy Miles Into Thin Air by Cindy Miles

All these books have such a sweet, amazing romance and Happily Ever After as well :)

Serendi's suggestion actually started out as a book, so you can read the book too.

The Ghost and Lady Alice has the hero as the ghost.

Out of Time has something of the same idea. Kind of. It's a series though, so be prepared for it to take a while to develop. . .
