Are You Interested in a Team Challenge?
I've done this in other groups and really enjoy it. I've also been a team leader for this sort of challenge and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. So, if you want a team leader I'd be happy to be one.One question: How many months do you see this challenge spanning? Is it going to be one, two, three or more months at a time?

If we have enough interest we'll sort out a team challenge - we just have to work out when we would slot it in :) there is always so much going on here!
Depending on what other challenges I'm involved in when the challenge starts and what's involved, I'd probably be interested. How's that for wiffle-waffling? ;-)
I'm definitely interested! I have played Bingo-type team games with other groups and they are lot of fun!
I'm in, I don't like bingo games on my own (to many books I want to read that don't always fit the catagories), but as a team sounds like fun!!
I'm intrigued...I've got a good bit on my plate for January and March, but I could do a February starting one, otherwise I'll wait for next round!
I like the team challenges but usually only do them if they aren't too restrictive as far as genre and time frame. (I read pretty quickly so to me a restrictive time frame would be like more than 2 books in one week). I've done a couple that were point based and several factors of the book and not sure I would do one like that again. It got really tiring at the end to find books that met all the requirements for points and I felt like I would be letting my team down if I didn't at least try to read one for max points. Not sure I would do one like that again.

There is enough interest that we will give this a go :)
We just have to work out the timing now.
I've never done a team challenge, they always seem to have started just before I find them.I'm interested!
Sure I'm interested, but I'm curious of how we will talk to each other, will it be over Goodreads???(I'm new so I don't know about these groups yet)
Ok, thanks for telling me. I just didn't know because I've only just joined Goodreads this past few weeks. I'll get the hang of it soon enough.

Hi,my name is crissy. I just joined the group and I am interested in doing the team challenge.
It seems fun. I see that they have a team challenge in another group that I just joined and the teams earn points and also bonuses are offered throughout the year.

We are thinking of doing a challenge (or more) where readers undertake the tasks of the challenge as a team. For the challenge in question, participants would be in teams of 4 readers.
I have done it in other groups and it is a great way to make friends and chat about books. Does this sort of interaction with other members interest you?
If you would be interested (or have a comment either way), please leave a note in this thread :)
Thanks!
