What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Ok, so I'm looking for a book. It's about a girl follows this guy through a secret passage in the mountains, and she follows him to a castle, where it was protected by something which made her dizzy and tired. She was eventually caught. She met a girl, and they were stuck in a prison type thing. Then I remember the girls were in a van or truck being hauled away. The vehicle crashed and the two girls were running through a forest. The one girl ended up fainting when they hit the shield and she took shelter in a tree where she could see out and watched the knights on horses run towards her. I think she had special abilities that made it so she could see these people, and they could turn invisible when they wanted. They had invisible beasts that were chasing the girls too.

I read this within the last 5 years. I found it at my library and ended up moving 5 states away. It was fictional, and young adult. It was a very serious book. It was no older than 1990. That I know of. Our library likes to keep everything up to date.
