The background
Lilith, Adam’s first wife, left him and traveled to the Red sea after feeling that she was not equal to Adam. There she had million of demon children. Three angels sent by God killed her offspring, and Lilith sought revenge. Soon she became the mistress of the fallen angels (Abaddon, Azazel, Caim, Flauros, Lucifer, Vepar, Xaphan, and others). In the end this created the succubus and incubus. Vampire sex demons with red hair that suduce men and women in sleep. Their vampire brotheren come from Lilith’s earlier relationship with Cain at the Red sea (after the arrival of the angels). Many legends support the theory that vampires are Cain’s children. However bad they may be, vampires are the good equivalent of their demon siblings.

More of the story will come to me as I go along, but the idea just struck me, and I thought I would see what you guys think. Once I figure out the modern day story line I will post it. So far I only have the background info and a lead female name, Ileana.

I think it sounds great. I would love to read it. Let us know when you've got something posted. I love stories like this, more creepy when there is an element of 'fact' to them.

Good. I will be more than happy to. I think I may start with a short story from Lilith's view to give it a little background, and let me know my characters before I start the real thing.

I love this idea, Lenore! I actually read the story about Lilith and such, and I was totally intruiged. I'd love to read your story when you have it up :)

Thanks! I'm so glad everyone is liking it. I am excited to start writing about Lilith. The story will give the basic legend, my take on it, and the background and previous life of our heroine Ileana. Hope to have the first pages up soon!

Quick question. I have the basic legend and what I want my creatures to be like, but does anyone have any extra information on succubus or incubus? That seems the be the only thing I am having a hard time finding info for. That and Lilith's relationship with fallen angel Samael? Thank you all for the help!

I can get some info about Lilith and maybe Azazel and Abbadon.. I have a whole book on demons and such, so you can ask me if you need stories, descriptions, or ways to fend off these creatures :)
