We do. Since questioning you for evidence seems to have been fruitless, perhaps I should put forth some of the few arguments that exist against (and are not simple counters)?

Good point with the omnipresent. See, God can't be removed. BUT the government and media is slowly taking God out of the picture...Schools starting to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance, slamming a guy on Duck Dynasty for stating his opinion and yet not touching the people who slam Christianity. Our country is trying to remove God. And in the long run there will be consequences.

I do not agree with Obama. I don't particularly like him, though it is not my place to speak disrespectfully about him. But complaining about our country is no use. Maybe in two years we'll get a better president. Maybe a worse president. God is in control and to him be the glory forever. All bad things will be used to fulfill his purposes.
Our country is a mess, but quite frankly other countries aren't doing much better than we are. And as Christians we know that one day every knee show bow and every tongue confess the name of Jesus Christ...that is our hope. So as Christians we should spend more time praying for our nation than complaining about it. =)

Right, I say we should pray for everyone, because it's God's intention that all people come to him. Jesus said he came for the lowly and undeserving, not the righteous.
