Made of the darkest Darkness. those who have been turned into the damned Shadow People are the Temptations. The Sin of Murder will be pushed upon their victims. when the Spirit Witch has chosen who shall turn the Shadow People are the ones sent out form their human forms to reap great chaos. Sometimes haunting their victims for a number of years from childhood to maturity until they give in.
The First Shadow People were created by a Spirit Witch who summoned forth the damned spirits of Hell to walk the Earth and by night they took their victims at first telling them to stay away form those they love, when they did not comply they were pushed to kill the ones they loved. Families and Friends were never safe from the whispers of the Shadow People. And neither are the citizens of Argentumbra.
Once believed to be a messenger of great darkness and evil times, now seen to be a bringer of doom a voice of persuasive evil.

FolkLore:
Most reported accounts of people seeing shadow people mention the shadow person as a male, but females have, in fact, been mentioned to a lesser degree. "Long" and "Tall" are the more common descriptions but there are many reports of very short, 4 foot shadow people. The long, tall shapes are often not totally recognizable as a body shape and often, the shorter ones have the 'blob' characteristic. Also, in reports of the shorter shadow people, some have been described as impish or animal shapes. There are sometimes red eyes that are strikingly visible even if the body shape is sort of nondescript. Hats on the shadow person are often reported where the hat shape is very defined, even if, sometimes, the body isn't. The red-eyed and ones with hats are of a particular interest to paranormal researchers. Often, these are the ones believed to be harmful to people.
The Truth: Normal Sized with the ability to grow taller. Piercing Red Eyes and a figure that can be fully recognized even in total darkness. With a voice that fills the room with a chilling air and a presence that creates pure fear and chill. When one is resting in the middle of summer and awakens to a cold chill and sees their breath they can bet 100% they are being tracked and are the next target of the whispering shadows. They push you from your friends and loved ones and if you do not comply they will persuade you into killing them. This leaves you with no connections to the world for when you are changed.
Behaviors:
* very quick body movement - will often hide or 'dash away' if noticed
* may disappear or 'fade away' when noticed
* most seem to be curious and will observe/watch people for a while
* "sprinters": a name for those who seem to sprint away just as you notice them
* "free-standers": a name for those you see in distinct form, head-on (not out of the corner of your eye - they seem to know you're going to see them, the free-standers)
* some seem totally uninterested in people and will not respond, even when provoked
* most do not seem threatening
* most, if they are watching you, do nothing other than observe for a brief while
* often appear to those with significant trauma in their past
* seem to appear more often to people with interest in or who study the paranormal.
Their Effects on The Physical Realm:
* sometimes they make audible footstep noises or leave traces of footsteps behind
* animals do seem to take notice of them
* have been reported 'out of the blue,' as well as, more frequently, during paranormal investigations or ouija sessions
* have been seen reflected in mirrors and television screens (*whew* they're not vampires then j/k)
* just a tidbit - some say they are the 'brothers of death.'
* not common for shadow people to talk, although, If you are a target they will begin speaking more and more with each visit they pay you as they watch and observe your qualities.
* Shadow people have a physical form beyond shadow a human form that tey once had before but are never able to access their darkside unless called upon or by breaking their oath to obey the Spirit Witch, a task only accomplished by finding a White Witch. Only a White Witch can break the curse of the obediance, but the curse of the shadow can never be broken. Once a Shadow Person, always... ell i'm sure you can figure the rest.

Once you receive the Bite of Sanity from the Spirit Witch it is already to late. Taking affect only at night a darkness over-powers a being. A spirit enters the body and forces a great hunger from within that can only be satisfied by human flesh and blood. Calm one moment but the second ones eyes seek out light where their is none in the sky the Possession takes place and someone always dies. The Spirit within takes over shifting the mind and during this transformation one will still appear human until they have committed three murders on Three full moons by which time it is too late and they take on a new true form which can never be reversed. The Power of a White Witch can allow a phase of transformation to take place, by day a normal being, but by night the Wendigo will take it's shape.

A creature that was once human but was transformed into an immortal evil spirit when it took up the practice of cannibalism. Wendigos are cursed to wander the land, eternally seeking to fulfil their voracious appetite for human flesh.
Various Native American tribes tell slightly different stories about this creature and refer to it by different names – Wendigo, Witigo, Witiko and Wee-Tee-Go – but each version roughly translates to mean the evil spirit that devours mankind . Around 1860, a German explorer translated Wendigo as cannibal.
Wendigos are believed to live in the northern woods of Minnesota and in the north central regions of Canada . Kenora, Ontario, Canada, has been given the title of Wendigo Capital of the World by many. Sightings of the creature in this area have continued well into the new millennium.
Wendigos are generally rumored to be gigantic spirits, over fifteen feet tall, lanky and with glowing eyes, long yellowed fangs, terrible claws and overly long tongues. Sometimes they are said to have a sallow, yellowish skin; other times they are described as being matted with hair. The Wendigo's full powers have never been recorded. The creature excels at stealth and is a near-perfect hunter, knowing and using every inch of its territory – caves, hills, trees and bushes. Some stories posit that Wendigos can control the weather through the use of dark magic.
The Truth:
Wendigo's are beings cursed by the Spirit Witch and given a Spirit after receiving the Bite of Sanity during intercourse with the witch. There are several phases the Wendigo must go through before the curse is incurable by any White Witch.
*Phase 1: A Strange Change int eh eye colour From any regular colour to something with a Reddish hue.
*Phase 2: A change in personal behavior staying secluded and considered Bi-polar.
*Phase 3: Starvation-the victim who takes ont eh Wendigo spirit will starve themselves slowly given they cna find nothing to their liking of any normal food.
*Phase 4: the First Full Moon. This is the one moment a Wendigo has no choice but to go out and kill and devour a human.
*Phase 5: Increased Senses and Physical Strengths.
*Phase 6: Sunken eyes and boney features.
*Phase 7: Complete Aggression, this phase is mistaken as rabies and many people are taken in for it or arrested even and soemtimes killed. Foaming at the mouth and a savage look in the eyes that desires blood and flesh.
*Phase 8: Is the No return point. At this point they become hunters their bodies shifting as darkness falls into something strange human and not human all at once. This is the Second Full moon kill.
*Phase 9: Missing, the person in question/Wendigo will vanish all at once form going mad they will run intot he woods trying hard to protect their friends and family, but once the final steps come in it will be too late.
*Phase 10: Final point to be saved. At this point if the White Witch hasn't made it so one cna control their shifts more easily there is no hope and the Wendigo will forever be a demon no longer human who feeds on human flesh.
*Phase 11: The Transformation seems to take its toll to the extent of exhausting the human who once was. There is no hope for them now and they will soon lose all humanity.
*Phase 12: The Final phase and the third Full Moon the Wendigo will strike and kill and forever be transformed never to know their human self or shape again.

A Being who is highly attractive during the daytime and who feeds on social energy. Collecting emotions and always there for comfort, emotional and Physical. The Incubi/succbi will be transformed during sex with the Spirit Witch. Lust is the sin of this demon and The night is their home and the bed of sleeping and weary young men and woman is their playground. These creatures ahve no care for others but themselves and could easily be pointed out as the preps in the town.

Folklore:
In medieval European folklore, the incubus is a male demon (or evil spirit) who visits women in their sleep to lie with them in ghostly sexual intercourse. The woman who falls victim to an incubus will not awaken, although may experience it in a dream. Should she get pregnant the child will grow inside her as any normal child, except that it will possess supernatural capabilities. Usually the child grows into a person of evil intent or a powerful wizard. Legend has it that the magician Merlin was the result of the union of an incubus and a nun. A succubus is the female variety, and she concentrates herself on men. According to one legend, the incubus and the succubus were fallen angels.
The word incubus is Latin for "nightmare".
The Truth:
An Incubus is a guy who had sex with the Spirit Witch and was given "The Blessed Kiss". This kiss did not change him drastically right off, but the effects were indeed immediate. Their are a number of things that will happen to a young man infected with such a curse.
*Day 1: From the moment the kiss is made and a piece of his soul is taken from him he will have an increased sexual drive. Almost as if Lust was the smaller of issues to his mind, he hungered for sex. Then he would experience stamina like no other.
*Day 2: Experiencing a sexual appetite like no other when night falls by day they have clearly noticed many changes. They become far more sexually appealing even to themselves having perfect features and next to flawless aspects. Their muscles would have increased and their Penis erect or soft will have grown a great amount in size.
*Day 3: At this point the virus has at last worked through the entire body, Reflexes are greater and senses have increased greatly as well as physical strengths. Brain activity is far more alert and aware allowing the hardest of problems to become the msot simple.
*Day 4: the crave for sex would have been ignored, but now you scratches at the back of their throat as the lsutful desire screams out for sex. It becomes a burning sensation and the being becomes sickened and ill. They will appear deathly ill running a fever and experiencing the chills.
*Day 5: One msut at last give in to the urge and sex si the least of their worries for atleast two weeks they will have sex every day from thsi point on.
*Final stage: The demon curse of the Incubi/sucubi is never reversable only temporarily treated keeping the beast subdued. A White Witch can make a potion to keep them form craving not jsut sex, but souls as well. At this point they will suck out the lfie force of others merely to make themselves far mroe pwoerful and naturally survive.

A poor and innocent girl seduced by the Spirit Witch and cursed by the Screeching Breath. This creates the Banshee. She is forced to foretell the deaths of others. This girls cursed by the Spirit Witch are forced into a life of true darkness and depression. Discovering deaths that few would ever find.

FolkLore:
In Irish legend, a banshee wails around a house if someone in the house is about to die.
There are particular families who are believed to have Banshees attached to them,
and whose cries herald the death of a member of that family.
Traditionally, when a citizen of an Irish village died, a woman would sing a lament
(in Irish: caoineadh, [ˈkiːnʲə] or [ˈkiːnʲuː]) at their funeral.
These women singers are sometimes referred to as "keeners"
. Legend has it that, for five great Gaelic families: the O'Gradys, the O'Neills, the O'Briens, the O'Connors,
and the Kavanaghs, the lament would be sung by a fairy woman;
having foresight, she would appear before the death and keen.
When several banshees appeared at once, it indicated the death of someone great or holy.
The tales sometimes recounted that the woman, though called a fairy, was a ghost, often of a specific murdered woman,
or a woman who died in childbirth.
The Truth:
Of course created by the Spirit Witch. The Banshee is known for her scream. Her voice can linger for miles and everyone who hears her scream in the wind will often hear a name of someone in their family who is to die next and soon. The Banshee calls out the names of those who are to be killed next by the Spirit Witches powers and minions. The Spirit Witch unfortunately has a flaw in her powers, the power of the Banshee can only be blessed to certain girls of certain families.
It is still unsure as to why no other girl can receive the Screeching Breath, but it is in deed a fact that only the families shall receive the curse. Five great Gaelic families: the O'Gradys, the O'Neills, the O'Briens, the O'Connors, and the Kavanaghs.
The Banshee is blessed with foresight of Death and the victims of the Spirit Witch. They will sometimes go into a state of trance during witch they will believe themselves going one place only to find death in a completely different place.
To detect a Banshee one will see very clear signs of this troubled soul.
*Tears of Blood
*Pale Skin
*A Loud and shrill scream
*Long fingernails
*An extremely thin body figure
It is quite rare to see any real emotion from these girls because they hide their tears of blood. They try to project themselves as strong independent women, but deep down they are fragile and troubled creatures.
These are the only victims who can live a somewhat normal life.

A shifter is a being who will literally shift at a point of extreme anger or adrenaline into a creature that fits their personality most. The Claw of Purity takes place during intercourse with the Spirit Witch at that point the being will shift into an animal that must obey the Spirit Witch. She will call upon them at random moments and it is only during the daytime that she has no power over their shift. It is a thing that they do on their own. If the heart rate can be controlled so can the wild creature on the inside. Unless the time is in the night and the Spirit Witch calls upon them by which point they have no control unless released by the White Witch.

Folklore:
In some Native American legends, a skin-walker is a person with the supernatural ability to turn into any animal he or she desires. To be able to transform, legend sometimes requires that the skin-walker wears a pelt of the animal. In most cases, this pelt is not used in modern times because it is a obvious sign of them being skin-walkers
The Truth:
People who receive the scratch of Purity are later marked by the Spirit Witch. What appears as a tattoo is a random marking a paw print or pattern somewhere on their body signifying the creature they are forced to change into that fits perfect with their personality. These poor being are spotted through this marking that appears a ssimple tatto somewhere and possibly anywhere on the body. The msot common places being somwhere on the arm or wrist or the back or chest.

A young man/woman who holds the lighter powers to contrast that of the Spirit Witch. they know all about their power and are the only ones who can counter the slightest bit of darkness. Never able to rid a person of the curse these people belong to a secret order known as the White Cross. they have the power to force the darker aspects of a curse and the control of the Spirit Witch to vanish.

Powers and Abilities:
◘Freedom-the power to break the powers of the deal with the Spirit Witch.
◘Necromancy-the ability to communicate with lost spirits and send them to the light of the after life.
◘Shadows Demise-The ability to expel any influence or spell the Spirit Witch has created over a mortal mind.
◘Basic Magic-Elemental spells and basic curses and magic can easily be performed by any witch. Especially a powerful White Witch.

The Spirit Witches work against one another trying to make their own armies greater than the others.
the White Witches both work well together ensuring the curses break having to go through the same process just using white magic.
Blessed or cursed at birth a woman/man or even young lady grows her powers in the Dark Arts. Her shadow magic summons forth the darkest of creatures. Able to hide inside of the common people. No one knows what she looks like or if she is even real, but it is her power that doesn't summon these dark creatures, but makes them out of the youths that go missing.

Powers and Abilities
◘The Deal-the deal is a moment that the Spirit Witch shows kindness. She will offer a second chance at a new life for someone as long as they agree to remain forever in her service. This transforms them into a creature that most suits them. A creature of the dark.
◘Necromancy-the power to speak to demons from Hell itself. Raising spirits is one thing, but releasing a spirit and taking it's vessel to do your bidding is quite dangerous.
◘Shape-shifting-the ability to take shape of any creature upon the face of the Earth.
◘The Blessed Kiss-With this Ability the Spirit Witch will give the gift of new life by choice or not. Changing someone into an Incubus/Succubus.
◘The Cursed Touch-This power creates darkness in the body of her victims creating the Shadow People who by command of the Witch become the dark beings of Hell who lurk in the darkest of places. Being figures of pure evil.
◘Screeching Breath-By sucking in the breath of her victims while they sleep Banshees are created.
◘Claw of Purity-Normally during sex when clawed by the witch one becomes a Shifter taking shape a a specific animal that true personifies them.
◘Bite of Sanity-Also during intercourse the Witch biting someone will instantly create a Wendigo.
◘Basic Magic-Elemental spells and basic curses and magic can easily be performed by any witch. Especially the Spirit Witch.
