I like the EC, its a christian magazine through Life Way and its monthly. It is just like any other magazine but it has daily devotions and right now we are having an on going study about different religions. Its very down to earth writing. It also includes a section where its just pointless stuff talking about different days of history through the month, different holidays (some are known and others are unknown), interviews from different christian bands, album reviews, book reviews, etc. It also has daily devotionals that are easy to understand. Here's an link to it http://ecmagazine.blogspot.com/ if you know any teenagers I would highly recommend it.

And I love Sarah Young's Devotional called]Jesus Calling: Enjoying Peace in His Presence . She has a couple of other ones I want to get. She's really good. And then there's the famous Oswald Chambers,[book:My Utmost for His Highest: Traditional Updated Edition|175510
... Really... You people are SUPER devotional. I read the Bible every spare moment I get and I pray (I mean like get a total get together with God) two times a day, but other than that...
I enjoy reading Our Daily Bread, My Utmost for His Highest (Oswald Chambers) and Daily Awakenings (Stephen Hill). I have many others, but those (3) I try to read every day. Our church also has a monthly women's devotional magazine that's available thru LifeWay that's great. But, for me - by far it's God's Holy Word I love reading most!
I love Jesus Calling too, Jennifer. I give it to everyone and they always say that it is the best devo they have ever used.
I just started using a shortened version of the Liturgy of the Hours (called "Christian Prayer"), even though I'm not Catholic, several times a day. I'm loving it. It's mostly a collection of Psalms and other biblical prayers with short formal prayers following them up. It really works well as a devotional.- Rachel (author of books, listed below)
