Stitches By David SmallI like this book because it was very realistic when it comes to life for some people. Though it is a graphic novel and doesn't have a lot of words, it is a great book.
Boneyard, Volume 1: In Full Color By Richard MooreI really enjoyed this book. It was absolutely amazing, though sometimes it was a little bit too long for a graphic novel. Though good all the same.
Life Sucks By Jessica AbelGood book, but was hard to follow a little towards the middle of the book. It is a graphic novel so if you don't really like those kinds of books I would not suggest it.
Twilight By Stephenie MeyerA great book! It was easy to follow and had many good things about it. It was mostly slow at the start, because Bella (the main character) who is 17 goes on and on and on about everything but that helps you so you can actually feel that your there with her seeing the things she sees. Near the end it speeds up. I got easily hooked to this book, and I hope others will like this book as much as I did!
Fried Green Tomatoes By Fannie FlaggI liked the book because it was amusing. But I found that the format it was written in was confusing.
The All-Girl Filling Stations Last Reunion By Fannie FlaggI liked the book because it had a lot of humor and historical information.
Nightmare City By:Andrew KlavanI liked the book because I liked how the Author put the book together. He made it like a puzzle, you have to understand the book or it's really confuesing.
Forbidden By:Tabitha Suzuma Forbidden is a great book on teenage love and the difficulty of it. It also shows how hard life is. I don't think anyone under the age of 14 should read it. The book is very descriptive.
The Dead and Buried By:Kim Harring The Dead and Buried is a great mix of High School drama and mystery. I was't big fan of how she start the book but when I got reading it was a great book. Very action packed!
Devil's Kiss By:Sawart ChaddaDevil's Kiss was a very sad book about to true love and family. Also that you have to fight for family no matter what.(ONE OF MY TOP 10 FAVE. BOOKS!)
Waiting for Normal! Such A great book Its fun! Also...Matched Series By Ally Condie! On the third book... Keeps you interested!
The Walking Dead vol. 01 : Days gone bye. by: Robert Kirkman. I really like this book you will be on the edge of your seat while reading it but it has some inapropiate things in it.
The Glitter Trap : By Barbara BraunerI liked this book because it always had a events coming up and there was never a dull moment. When I was done reading I was always exited to read agin tomorrow about what would happen next.
I also like the harry potter series it leaves you on the edge of your seat for most of the book! Im reading the seventh book right now its awesome! but parts of it are sad when certain things happen to characters. :( other wise it is awesome!
The Maze Runner series is awesome it leaves you in suspense and keeps you on the edge of your seat for the whole three books it has a great story and is very intense and awesome!!!
Mandy Is fun by an author who was also the lead role in The Sound of Music! Julie Andrews! You must read
The Hunger Games By: Suzanne Collins A few years ago I tired reading The Hunger Games but I didn't like it so I stopped. I tired reading it again and I fell in LOVE with it. Its a book of romance and survival. It had many twist and it I loved it. You thought something was going to come but they twist around and it was amazing. I suggest this for everyone. Even if you tried reading this book before tired reading again.
Catching Fire By: Suzanne Collins This book was a great twist, survival stuff to it. It was amazing and also heartbreak. This book me feel like I was actually in Panem. I felt like I was in book. I'm not a big fan of books that take places in the future but I love these books. Just saying at the end of this book there is a very sad ending.
I like the gone book series because its is very cool, intense, and awesome you should read them! its theme is all people over 14 disappear and the kids have to survive the crazy new environment and each other.
I like the hunger games because the way it is futuristic and modern and fun!! its super interesting and very cool i love the hunger games books if you have not read the hunger games... READ THEM.
The Help- I liked this book because it made me look at what it was really like in the South even after the Civil War and put everything in perspective. It was really interesting to learn about all these things too.
Runaway Twin by Peg Kehret- This has been my favorite book since 5th grade. It is a great book and I highly recommend it.
Outsiders- I highly recommend this book, it is a book that you will read in 7th grade reading. If you don't want it spoiled for you I suggest not reading it but, if you don't care it is a GREAT book.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - I did like this book, but there were some scary parts. I have read all of the Harry Potter books, but this one was not one of my favorites.
The Third Wheel - This book was a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book. I really liked it, and I thought it was hilarious. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who likes funny books.
I Survived December 11 - This was one of my favorite books. My brother and I read it together. I would recommend this book for people who like history and non-fiction books with exciting moments. It was scary at some points for me, but that is just me.
The Cinderella Society- I liked this book because it had a really interesting plot and was never boring, there was always a problem trying to be solved.
Clare- I agree! It's hard to believe that The Help takes place in the 1960s! At first I thought it was much earlier. So sad. I loved this book.
Walter The Farting Dog - This was such a hilarious book. I read it to my brother, and he adored it. Little kids would definitely love this book.
The Day The Crayons Quit - I thought that this book was so creative. The pages were like letters to a kid, from the crayons. They all had a complaint except for the green crayon. He was very very happy.
Marley And The Great Easter Egg Hunt - I think that this book is a good book to read on Easter, but it is also a great book to just read in your free time. This book is such a cute one.
No More Kissing - This book I also read to my brother. You will notice that a lot of the books that I put on here are ones that I read to him.
Happy Birthday Moon - Read it to my brother. He thinks that it is funny that the bear thinks that the moon is talking to him, but actually it is his echo.
Matilda - I thought this book was sad at some points in the story, like when her parents didn't let her read, and were really mean to her. Overall, this book is one of my favorites, and would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone who likes fiction, and likes Roald Dahl.
Go Ask Alice- I honestly thought that this book was a great insight into the life of someone going through what the main character was. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in things like this.
My Sister's Keeper - This was an amazing book. The point of view changes flow easily and the emotions work perfectly for and against you.
The City of Ember: The Graphic Novel- While this book was greatly drawn, I think sitting down and reading the actual book is better.
