This is my ranking of the Vampire Academy series:

1. Shadow Kiss
2. Last Sacrifice
3. Blood Promise
4. Frostbite
5. Vampire Academy
6. Spirit Bound

I think Shadow Kiss, Last Sacrifice, and Blood Promise are the strongest books in the series.

It's so hard to choose!

I think the reason I don't like blood promise so much, is because I don't like Dimitri as Strigoi because before she was captured by Dimitri I thought this book was awesome. My favourite is Last Sacrifice because it has so much to tell us and everything is wrapped up brilliantly.

The books are all pretty amazing. Last sacrifice is my favourite because like Anita said all the questions were answered and the series concluded brilliantly. There is no particular reason why blood promise is last I simply enjoyed the other books more.

Shadow kiss is my absolute favourite book in the series

I agree. I'm reading Blood Promise (Kindle pg. 437 of 503) right now. It's awesome, especially the second half. Spirit Bound is going to annoy me when I start reading it. Sometimes second to the last books in a series are the weakest.

It's official. Spirit Bound is the weakest book in the series.

Shadow Kiss and Last sacrifice will always be in the top 3 on everyone's list.

I can't choose! wonder why no one has chosen Vampire Academy as their top. It is a good book, but it probably hasn't got the plots that everyone wants.

I like it too- I don't think it was that bad, and it just happened to be on the bottom of my list because it was just the way it turned out.

Yeah @Rose :) It's true it doesn't have as big a plot or action as the rest, but I like the introduction to the world and the characters.

Am here to give my testimony of how i became a vampire . Long time ago,a friend of mine told me that Vampires are real and i doubted it at the first place,not until she confessed to me that she is one of them.She told me the reason she had to became a vampire, at first i was scared of her but later she made me understand that i need not to be scared and that becoming a vampire will only make me live longer than expected, become famous and be able to fight all my enemies which i later agreed to become,i never thought it was real not until recently. Same here ;D I've read this series like 5 times and they never get old.

Same!!! I love them!!! Ahh always be addicted but I also love the bloodlines series is was unsure at first but by the end if the first one I was hooked!!!

I know! I really want a spin off series with Jill and Eddie or Trey and Angeline!! Pretty much any characters would do she just needs to make it happen!!! Adrian's and Sydney's wedding was so sweet I just wish they could've had all the gang there.
