Lot's of fun flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt to try when visiting.
(view spoiler)

River walked into sub zero, her long curly hair bouncing off her shoulders. After that awkward situation with the kid in Starbucks, River needed help from some of her best friends Ben and Jerry. When she walked in however, she saw that the line was sooo long. She groaned, frustrated. She hated lines. River was definitely not the most patient person ever. "Come on...order your dumb Ice cream women!" She muttered under her breath. Her British accent was hard to understand sometimes because it was so thick, and thankfully in this situation, she wasn't so sure she wanted people understanding her. She bounced on her heels, having the attention span of a three year old. She let out another frustrated groan.

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments Louis walked in. Seeing the line, he sighed and pushed his hand through his hair, moving it back off of his forehead for half a second before it bounced back. He always did that when he was frustrated at all. He just really wanted ice cream because he had convinced himself that it could cure his writers block. He couldn't help but chuckle at the girl in line right in front of him, but it wasn't like he was patient. He rapped his knuckle on the the wall he was standing next to, not loudly but anxiously.

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

River shifted her weight from leg to leg, trying to keep herself occupied. She started hearing rapping on the wall, and tried not to turn around and scream at him. River was an overexaggerator, impaitent, stubbron, spunky Brit that new how to tell stories. She overexagerated every detail, making the listener captivated, unable to turn away. The way she spun her tale like a spider's web, and the reader was the fly. Unable to escape her web. She loved it. One lady had asked her if she wanted to consider writing. River turned her down, saying she hadn't the time nor the patience, but now, she was going to give it a shot. Maybe. River turned around. "Could you stop that? Its getting on my nerves." She asked, raising an eyebrow. He was cute. She'd give him that.

message 5: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments "Oh, sorry," Lou apologized and quickly stopped, standing awkwardly for a second then putting his hands in his pockets. It was her not to notice her British accent, it made him feel a tiny but closer to home. Which made him feel odd because she was a conplete stranger. This have him half an idea for a story or film. He needed to remember it, but didn't want to do the whole get everyone to shut up so he could think and write the idea but down. He took his phone out of his pocket and made a note of the thought so maybe he could make it brilliant later. Maybe after the ice cream booste his creativity like he hoped it would.

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

River grinned at the sound of home. "Wait...You're from England?" She asked. His accent sounded exactly like hers. She bet they were both from London. Maybe even went to the same highschool! River was in an obvious better mood. Now she wouldn't have to stand there like an idiot. She had someone to talk too. She remembered the kid from starbucks and how he noticed the scars on her neck. She carefully pulled up her collar, casually, not like she was hiding anything. Because she totally was. But it was for her safety. If Zach found out where she was...she was so dead. Very dead. Never coming back dead. She didn't want that.

message 7: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments Lou nodded, putting his phone away and smiling happily at her. He took the time to look her over, like an artist, carefully and finding the beauty in her. He focused on her face, thinking she was pretty. "London, yeah," he answered, figuring she was probably from London too. He noticed her pull her collar up, he noticed everything really that's what made him such a great writer, that and his endless creativity. He dismissed it as nothing, because what could it possibly be? He didn't mind the line any more, the real issue with lines was boredom and that's difficult to have when you're talking to someone. "I'm Louis, Louis Faulkner," he introduced himself, holding his hand out to her to shake.

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

River's smile got even bigger. London! London England! Her home town!! River grinned. She was 'stoked' as the Americans said. "Really? So am I! This is crazy!" She couldn't keep the smile off her face. Normally she'd be like Ew. Guy. Stay away. But she was so home sick, and he was from home. Just hearing the accent made her feel better. "I'm River. River Parker." She shook his hand, gentky, but firmly. You could tell a lot about a person by their handshake. This guy was nice, and not another Zach thank heavens. River met his eyes. He was good looking, totally.

message 9: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments Louis grinned at her, partially because of her excitement and partially because of his. He missed his home, not having gonna back in forever, and she reminded him of it. "What are the odds of that?" He wondered aloud. He couldn't help but consider fate's role in it, the idea intrigued him because no one knows about it. "Nice to meet you, River," he said politely but a bit absentmindedly, he was in his creative mindset again. He fixed his gaze on her face, but he was spacing out. If other people have their head in the clouds, he'd be considered to be in space, probably out of the galaxy.

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

River could practically feel his excitement radiating off of him. "I know right? What high school did you go to?" She asked, looking him over. Yup. He was in college, she could just tell. Plus, high school was still going on, and he didn't look the type to Sluff. "Nice to meet you too Louis." She saw him get a far off look in his eyes, and felt like she was intruding on some genius resolution that like solved cancer or something. So she turned back around. Not really caring if they talked or not. She just...missed home.

message 11: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments Louis had accidentally tune her out. He had always ha problems with doing that during school or just at he with his family. He never realized what he was doing until I was too late. He would either come to the realization that he was doing it by getting yelled at for not paying attention or the person would leave. He snapped out of his sort of trance when she turned around. "Sorry, sorry," he apologized quickly. "I got a little carried away, with an idea for this film I'm working on now." He ran his hand through his hair like he did when he was nervous or frustrated. "What were you saying?"

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

River turned around "What? Oh no you're fine. I just figured you had some brilliant resolution that would solve word hunger or something." River smirked. "I didn't want to interrupt that." She moved up the line and looked back at him, suddenly extremely interested. "A film? Really? That's cool. What's it about?" She asked, grinning. "I am a professional story teller you know. I could help out if you needed it." She offered, grinning. River was brimming with creativity, but she only used it on her stories. She never wrote them down, never typed them up. She just...went with the flow.

message 13: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments "No, nothing nearly that important," Louis replied self-deprecatingly. He stepped forward in the line as well. "A short film, nothing big. It's... Well," he hesitated because his explanation of what he was doing would sound ridiculous and slightly insane. "I'm working on two at the moment. One is about a mystery bucket. I haven't worked the details out. I know it sounds stupid. Then the other one I just can't explain without actually reciting what the script is so far." He drew his eyebrows together as he struggled to describe it. "It's funny, that's how I describe what I do. Yeah, I'll be needing help eventually. That'd be nice." He smiled warmly at her.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

"Everything is important to someone. I'm sure it was important to you!" River grinned, and bent down to tie her shoe. "A movie? That's cool!" When he laughed and said that that was how he described what he did, she smiled. "Yeah, it's easier to describe." She said with a nod. It was easier. "I would love to help! Trust me, story telling is what I do best."

message 15: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments "That's a lovely way of looking at things, but it really wasn't that great. Even to me." He said, while twisting an Adventure Time bracelet around his wrist absent deadly, the bracelets only covered his wrist, only the one and for good reason. "It's easier than saying I wrote stories, but I also do movies. Not big movies, but like short films. I write them, direct them, and am in them. Then I'm trying to do something bigger as well... It's a tad more concise the other way." He beamed at her, just because of the idea of having someone to work with, and someone from home at that. "I think I'm going to have to take you up on that offer. Do you act at all?"

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

River scrunched up her nose slightly. "Oh well...that's no fun." She stepped forward in the line. River had a performance the next day, and was so excited. She had made up a small plot line for herself to follow, and always made the details up on the spot. It was how she rolled. "Oh really? That's cool." She nodded when he asked if she acted. "Are you kidding? That's pretty much what I do for a living. I like go to librarys and schools, and tell stories. Its my favorite." She confessed. River didnt know why, but she trusted this guy...and it was completely weird. Normally, she didn't trust anyone.

message 17: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments Louis shrugged and stepped forward as well. "Yeah, I do all sorts of story things." He said with a nod. "That's really cool. I don't generally do live things as much... I'm not sure why. I might have a bit of stage fright." He caught himself before he began to ramble too much, he just tended to think aloud, it didn't matter if there were other people there or not.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

River shrugged. "We all have our fears. Mine just isn't being on stage." She smiled, and stepped forward in the line, and lost the craving she had for Ice cream. She wasn't even hungry anymore. She checked her phone for the time, and cursed. "Oh my heavens. I've gotta go...I have a meeting I have to go to. Sorry. Maybe I will see you around." She waved to him as she walked out the door, and almost ran to her meeting.

message 19: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 41 comments "Good luck, have fun. Bye," Lou replied as she ran off. He stepped forward in line to purchase ice cream he wanted. He sat down for a few minutes, eating most of it. He stood up, throwing the melted stuff in the cup away. He left, not really having a plan on where to go, because if he did have a plan he wouldn't get any inspiration.

message 20: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Drayven rode up on his bike, cutting the engine as soon as he arrived. He kicked up the stand and swung his leg over. His helmet came off next. He wanted to stay away from his home, not wanting to see the family members that would be there at that time. He thought he'd have a bit of fun, well, a lot, depending on how much he wanted to spend. He walked into the place, holding the helmet to his side.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments Alexis pulled up on her moped. She parked right next to his motorcycle. She got off and walked in sub-zero. She never wore a helmet, even though her brother always told her to. Alexis got in line and waited in line to order. She kept her eyes forward and did not look around.

message 22: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments He leaned on the counter, half way flirting with the guy on the other side, only to be shut out automatically. He brushed his hair back, smirking a bit. He ordered his ice cream, blue raspberry. Once he got it, he took a step back, almost colliding with the girl behind him. He looked over at her, "Sorry." He said, the spoon sticking out of his mouth since he already took a bite. He went over to the bar of the area, sitting down at it and beginning to eat slowly, savoring the taste.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "Its fine." Alexis smiled. She order her ice cream. "I'm Alexis by the way." she said introducing her self to him. She picked up her ice cream and walked over to where he was sitting. "Mind if I sit with you?" she asked, standing there waiting for an answer. She seen him flirting with the guy behind the counter and figured he was gay but didn't want to ask cause it would be rude.

message 24: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Drayven nodded with her name and question, wondering what she was doing. He took another bite of it. He looked around the white meeting area, the purple lights gleaming out of the cracks and crevises. He didn't know what to say to her, so he just said his name. "Drayven." He added afterwards, "Drayven Hayward."

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "Hi Drayven." Alexis said and sat down next to him. She didnt him thinking h
she was trying to flirt so she didn't know what else to say. She sat there eating her ice cream, quietly. She loomed over at him every now and then to see if he looked annoyed by her. "I just want to be friends." she said awkwardly. "Sorry." she said after her out burst. 'I'm such an idiot' she thought to herself.

message 26: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Dravyen didn't much talk to people especially if he didn't have anything to say, this was one time he didn't. He looked over to her when she mentioned that she just wanted to be friends. "Never thought you were trying to flirt." he said with a scrunched up face. He rubbed the side of his head, closing his eyes. "Sorry hun, I'm gay, even if you did want to get anywhere." He said. This would either get her to go away, or start asking more questions. Either way, he was going to make a joke out of any question she asked. He looked over at her, "And you want to be friends with me?" He asked, raising his black eyebrow, his three lip piercings rising with his mouth. Of course, the one on top of his lip he thought was a bit weird, but he liked it all the same.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "Yeah. If you don't want to be friends I understand. And you are?" she looked up at him and seen the way be looked at her. She finished her ice cream and threw her trash away. "I enjoy making new friends." she added

message 28: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments When her back was turned to him, he rolled his eyes. She was the one that'd do a guilt trip on you if you were to say no. He kept playing with his ice cream, "You should be careful." He said, "People aren't as nice as they first come of to be." He said. "And I'm the bad boy who rides the nice bike outside and isn't afraid to say anything." He said taking another spoonful of it.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "I don't care what people say or do.I don't care if people don't want to be my friend." she sat back down next to him. "You can say no and it wont bother me." she simply stated. "People say no all the time." she looked over at him. "I will be perfectly fine if you say no." she wasn't trying to be mean but he acted like he was talking to a little girl.

message 30: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments (I don't mind.))

Drayven rose his eyebrow at her, his face in a Are you serious? face, not impressed with her acting like this at all. He looked down at his black nails, How old is she? He asked himself, thinking that with this way of acting, she sounded like a little girl. He took another bite, "Okay." He said back. He didn't answer her question at all. He didn't say no, but he also didn't say yes.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "In sorry." Alexis said, not even knowing what she was saying sorry for. "I don't think I'm getting off in a good start." she looked over at him. "You unseemly annoyed by me." she said softly. "Oh and I'm 17 in case you were wondering." she added softly. She hated annoying people.

message 32: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments "No, no you're not." He said planly. He looked down at the ice cream, pursing his lips when he seen most of it was gone and that he'd get up to get more soon. He heard her age, "Oh yes, actually I was." He said, "You don't much act like your age." He said stirring the frozen goodness and putting it into his mouth. Yes, he was a jerk, but only when someone irritated him to far. In reality, he was a pretty cool guy. If you don't end up on his bad side.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "How can I make it better to be on your good side? I was never good at making friends but I enjoyed getting new friends." She added. "Would you like more ice cream, I will buy it for you." she smiled up at him trying to make things better. She wasn't trying to buy his friendship either. She knew she didn't act her age.

message 34: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments He shook his head, "No." He answered. He patted on his lap, "I have enough." He said. He had more than enough, far more than enough. About a hundred dollars, maybe even a few hundred over. He ate the final bit of it, leaning back and throwing it into the trash, making it without problem. You couldn't buy a rich guy's friendship with ice cream, that was very unlikely. Unless he was an idiot. He didn't know how people got onto his good side. Ash did, but Ash was quiet most of the time. He didn't speak out or make a big deal out of nothing, and that boy has gone thorugh something.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "How can I make it better then?" she asked looking over at him. Alexis waited to see how she could make it better. "I really would like to make things better and be on your good side." she added. She always hated being on people's bad side, even though she was on quite a few of people's bad sides.

message 36: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments "You stated that already." He said, not looking at her still. He tapped on the counter under his hands, his spiked bracelets going along the smooth surface. "Well, one thing.... why do you want to even be my friend? Look at me. I could be some drug dealer or something." he said going with the steriotypes. "Or some freak that only loves pain." He did enjoy pain a bit, but didn't always like it, just a way to deal with his depression.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments "I don't know?" she shrugged "I don't care what you do for a living or what you look like. Its about what is on the inside." she said looking away from him.

message 38: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments "What if nothing is on the inside?" He tapped on his chest, "If I'm some heartless beats?" He asked, "There's a lot of them around, if you couldn't tell." He stood up, stretching. "I could be some guy that doesn't care about anyone other than himself." That was true, because he didn't have anyone else to care about, his parents and family not caring about him. He walked over to the counter, ordering another, this time with rainbow sprinkles. This made him feel weird to have them on the blue, but it looked good. He walked back over and took his seat once again.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments ((Sorry never got the notification))
"Well then I don't know." she looked at him as he got more ice cream. "I have lots of friends like that." Alexis realized she was repeating her self, but she really didn't know what else to say. It was never this difficult for her to make a friend. She looked at him as he began to eat his ice cream.

message 40: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments ((Told you he was annoying and horrid. XP))

Arrin sat down, starting to eat it, smiling a bit. He looked over at her, "Well, you're lucky I'm not one of those people. Well, not that much." He said shrugging. He laughed a bit, "I'm just a pain in the ass, as you could tell." He said stirring it a bit and taking another bite.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments Alexis slightly giggled "Yeah." she said nodding, agreeing with him. "So is your ice cream good?" she smiled as he looked at her then at his ice cream. She watched him looked down at his ice cream. 'He must really love ice crem' she thought to her self. She hoped she was starting to get on his good side. She kept her fingers crossed.

message 42: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Drayen nodded a bit, "Yeah, it's pretty good." He said sucking on the spoon, closing his eyes dreamily. "The only thing sweet I have in my life." He said. He opened his eyes again, looking over at her not sure what to say to her.

message 43: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Marcus pulled open the door to Sub Zero, hoping for his regular afternoon treat. He was still mulling over the conversation he had with Lily in the nurse's office. It had been weird, even for him. Mentally shrugging he scanned the shop. There were a few kids from school here like usual. He spotted an open booth and began making his way over.

message 44: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Drayven looked over at him, blinking a few times. He was pretty good looking, but looked also very young. He put ice cream into his mouth, pulling it out slowly and a bit seductively, just being himself. He noted him coming over, sitting up and leaning on the counter. He didn't know why the guy was coming over, and he guessed he sure as hell wasn't gay.

message 45: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Marcus had been keeping his gaze forward, facing the open booth when he felt eyes on him. He turned and was startled to fine a guy staring at him. Marcus looked behind him and found no one there so it had to be him that the guy was staring at. When he looked again, he blushed and tucked his head down. Not here Marcus. Not again. He wouldn't let anyone know his secret after what happened at his last school.

message 46: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Drayven dropped his own eyes knowing even if someone was like him they wouldn't come out freely like him. Of course not, there was a lot at steke. He leaned back in his chair looking at the guy again. Drayven spoke up, "you can come sit with me, that is, if you're not scared." He winked.

message 47: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Marcus's head snapped up at the sound of the guys rich voice talking to him. He looked back over at him and swallowed. Sitting there couldn't hurt anything. Plus he needed to start talking to people more. His dad was threatening him that if he didn't start getting out more he would send him away. Marcus couldn't have that. He nodded and slid into the booth.

message 48: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments (They're at the bar area of the place.)

Drayven smirked over at the boy, "Oh so he isn't scared." He said tapping his finger on the counter. "That's good. So what's up cutie?" He rose his dark brown, beautifully shaped eyebrow. He was testing him off course, might as well, no harm in it.

message 49: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) ((Oops I'll change that))

Marcus scowled. "Why would I be scared?" He asked trying not to let his voice betray his nervousness. The guy was really good looking but he couldn't let anyone know he thought that. The last time--Stop. Don't think about that he scolded himself. "Cutie?" He asked incredulously.

message 50: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 536 comments Drayven pursed his lips at the boy, "I have black hair and hairstyle of some hard rocker. And lip rigs, thee of them. Usually intimidating to some people." He smirked. "And yeah, you're a bit small bit pretty good looking." He said then put ice cream into his mouth as if it was nothing
