I like everything with magic creatures. The hunters falling in love in their preys. Kinda cliche but it's good. The new Romeo and Juliet version.
My personal favorite happens to be Vamps, and shifters...
I have to say that there is something sexy about a man who is truly in touch with his predatory/animalistic side. They tend to be hot in bed. LOL!!!

I love all things that are not real hehe. Vampires and weres I like the most. Joy you are right they are hot in bed! they always seem to know what to do even if they are virgins. hehe
I agree with Lauren, I love all things not real also; That is way I read fiction and not non-fiction. I get enough reality in my everyday life, reading puts me in another world far far away from my problems. I also must have a happy ending lol.............
I love shifters! And unique creatures too, so long as they're not mud monsters or something, LOL. Gargoyles, djinn, etc., it's all good.

There seem to be very few books about shifters. Vampires have taken over the paranormal genre. Not that I am complaining...I love vamps! I would just like for there to be more shifters. I included shifters in the paranormal romance that I have been writing! :)

I do love my vampires because they just seem so... uber bad! I do wish there were more weres and faeries. Reading more about Gargoyles would be fun as well.

I've never read a book with gargoyles in it...I remember a kids cartoon with them...
Do you know of any with them? If so, let us know. :)

This is an urban fantasy trilogy with gargoyles by C.E. Murphy:
Heart Of Stone
House of Cards
Hands Of Flame
I love vampires and shapeshifters. Lauren Dane has a good wolf shapshifter series called the Cascadian Wolf series. There are a ton of shapeshifters in Sherrilyn Kenyons Dark Hunter, Were Hunter, Dream Hunter series.
For gargoyles, I like Vickie Taylor's Gargouillen series, starting with Carved in Stone. The third one's out next spring, I believe. (They're not ugly, don't worry. xD)I'd like to see more besides vamps too, Joy.
I'll read anything with a vampire involved! :-) But I also like to read about werewolves. Ghosts are a favorite, too, but harder to find.
The only story I read that had a gargoyle in it was "Embrace the Darkness" by Alexandra Ivy. The gargoyle was funny as hell though and made me want to read more about them.
I started with The Dark Hunters but what would you call the main paranormal element in that? I liked shifters mainly for a while but now have branched off into demons and vamps =D.
Vampires,Demons,etc-almost anything but the animals-wolves,cats,etc
i like shifters, vamps, and Heather Graham is a ghost paranormal romance writer. Unhallowed Ground got 4 stars from me.
I'm offering my book, Obsessive Trap, for 1.00 at bn.com but if kindle readers order it there, i'll send it to you as a document. sonya
Give me modern day, real world wizards. I know Harry Dresden isn't exactly paranormal romance, but oh yeah... so my kind of man!

Yeah... I like paranormal that is more modern too. Occasionally, I'm okay with it being set in the past or a completely new world though. I think it's interesting when it's pretty much Urban Fantasy too. :)
