Just write and don't worry about it being perfect! (until you get your first draft down and then you can start the clean up). :)

Okay, here is another tip. Watch out for words that are not really needed and/or overused (sometimes they really are needed though). My crutch words that I always need to go through and cut are:

Just
Then
That

I know there's more but this is all I can think of right now - what are your crutch words???
