The Last Airbender { Rp } discussion

Niall skipped though bang sing as with Rin. She was looking at all the cool shops and stuff.

Rin was so cheerful. She couldn't stop looking around. She didn't know where to look! This was so much different from her small village and from the abbey!

"I'm hungry " Niall complained seeing as her stomach just growled "let's stop to eat’"

Rin nodded. "I brought a lot of money with me. We should be all right, and we should get to our home soon."

"How long are we going to be here"? Niall questioned curiously

Rin replied, "A while. About two weeks. I just rented a house, that's all. I want to explore a bit. We should be here for a week, actually, but I decided to rent the house fore two weeks, just in case. Who knows, maybe he'll end up here soon. I got a letter from him. He's going travelling. He says he'll be coming to Ba Sing Se very soon."

"Oh really then yea let's stay as long as possible I love his place and by the way you might of told me but I have a bad memory . What's the kids name again"?

Rin said, "His name is Madara."

"Oh and how old is he"?

Rin thought for a moment. "He's about ten years old.))

"So 10"? Niall questioned

Rin nodded. "Yeah. He can be pretty nice. He loves his brother with all his heart."

"Wait there's a brother too"? Niall asked still in search of some sort of food place

"He originally had four brothers, but three of them were killed, along with his mother. He thinks of himself as a failure, as he couldn't protect them."

"I think they were all incinerated by a fireball."

"Well that's depressing" Niall sighed "why did it nabe to be a fireball that killed them stupid fire nation" Niall mumbled while kicking a stone.

Rin nodded sympathetically. "Poor kid. He's been training ever since he was five years old. That's all he ever does. He trains all day and night so he'll be able to protect his younger brother. I don't know why he's travelling…he never said. Didn't want to talk about it. RAMEN!"

"Really"?! At ramen nialls head flung up and and a huge toothy grin spread over her face .

Rin grabbed Niall's arm and they ran into the ramen shop together.

Niall zoomed over to the closest table and started examineing the menu

Rin asked, "Would some pork chop ramen be good for you?"

"Um " Niall said thinking "nah I'll take the seasoned chicken ramen" she decided "what about you "

"I'll get the pork chop ramen." Rin ordered their ramen

Niall waited looking around the restaurant happily swinging her legs back and forth on the high stool she was sitting on across from Rin. "So what should we do after this"? Niall questioned.

Rim suddenly spotted someone. Madara! "There he is!" She jumped off her stool and hugged Madara as tightly as she could.

Madara brushed some of his shoulder length black hair out of his face and looked up at Rin. Rin asked kindly, "How was your trip?" Madara gazed at Rin before finally answering, "All right, I suppose. I've seen such horrid things along the way." He shuddered, and for an instant he looked like a frightened ten year old boy.

Niall could see lips moving but could not make out what they were saying. Her ramen came to her table and she ate it all up

Rin headed towards Niall with Madara. "This is my friend Niall. Niall, this is Madara." Madara held his hand out. "Pleased to make your acquaintance."

Niall looked at his hand before shaking it " wow your 10 , you speak really formally" Niall exclaimed with a huge smile on her face looking directly at him " also it's been a long time since I shook hands with some one" Niall excitedly shook his hand harder and faster.

Madara kept up with Niall. The truth was, it had been so long since he'd shaken hands with anyone too. "Thanks." He grinned, showing genuine gratitude.

"No problem " Niall said nonchalantly , she let go of his hand and then suddenly remembered why they met up with him
"So you're a fire bender"? Niall asked curiosity in her eyes

Madara nodded, serious now. "I'm a fire bender. Why do you ask?" Madara wasn't afraid to tell people that he was a fire bender. He didn't criticize others for being a different type of bender, so why should they?

"Awesome" Niall smiles really big "I can't believe it that's awesome" Niall hugs him out of excitement. "Where did you live in the fire nation "? Niall asked

Madara didn't like being hugged, but he could make an exception for Rin and Niall. "I lived in the Fire Nation Capital with my father and my younger brother."

"Oh really that's cool" Niall said "I lived in an tribe Down by the water" Niall exclaimed " oh and if you haven't guessed by now I'm a fire bender also"

Madara nodded. "You didn't want to strangle me, so I assumed you were a fire bender. By the water? That's good for fire emergencies. Fire benders can be reckless at times."

"You have no idea" Niall laughed remembering how many times they had to use the water. "What school did you go to"?

Madara looked a bit confused. "School? I was home schooled." It was true. His father, and then his grandfather, and finally his grandmother, had taught him at home.

"Oh" Niall stepped back from him, so he never experienced being an outcast in school huh. "That's cool" Niall trailed off suddenly at a lose for words

Madara replied, "I never really did have any friends. I just stayed home with my father and brother and trained. I trained and trained and trained. That's all I ever did. It was pretty lonely, actually. And whenever I went out, people would stay as far away from me as possible."

"Why did you smell bad"? Niall joked "you know cause you would always train so you would be sweaty and stuff"

Madara frowned. "No. They were afraid of me, as though I were a wild beast that would pounce upon them at any given moment." That topic was sensitive.

"That sucks I had a cat that pounced on me all the time, that thing hated me which made no sense because I was the only one who did not try to burn my cat and I actually feed it unlike ANYONE else, so I know how you feel" Niall sympathized putting her hand on his shoulder in an 'I feel you' kind of way.
