I like to read the book from the library and then buy it if it's worth it because some books r just okay

message 2: by Jessica (new)

Jessica So do I because I like to see if the book is good enough to buy. I wouldn't want to waste money on buying the book and not even like it.

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes I know I have a huge list of books to buy

message 4: by Kaylyn (new)

Kaylyn (kerskins) Library! Considering I WILL have one I'm my house when I yet older! I will try my hardest to get on!!!!

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Me too

message 6: by Emma Belle (new)

Emma Belle (EmmsterBelle) Always the library! If there`s like 300 holds or something on a book and its under 12 bucks at Half Price Books then I`ll get it but I usually just stick with the library.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

I use both. With the books store you get the book forever but you have to pay money. With the library you don't have to pay but you don't get to keep the book forever.

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes there are ups and downs to each but I love to own the book and let it be mine so I can visit the story again and again

message 9: by Kaylyn (new)

Kaylyn (kerskins) Yeah! I think I am going to start highlighting my favorite moment/quotes in my books now!

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes I want to do that but at the same time I don't want too ruin its perfection

message 11: by Kaylyn (new)

Kaylyn (kerskins) Yeah!

message 12: by Kayla (new)

Kayla I like getting books from the library. Then, if I really enjoy it I will buy it. However, if an ebook is under 2 dollars I will buy it. The cheap ones are usally really good!

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes they are

message 14: by Gabriella (new)

Gabriella Motlagh (gabbydreamer) I get the book from the library then buy it if it's good enough. Some books really don't turn out to be worth the money and if I want to read it again anyways the library is still close by.

message 15: by Kayla (new)

Kayla Same here

message 16: by Marijke (new)

Marijke (storyquill) | 48 comments I just like it when I really have the books at home. It just looks nice on my shelf, and it gives me a good feeling that I actually got the books :)

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Me too:)

message 18: by Jessica (new)

Jessica There's times though that I've bought a book because it sounded interesting but then I hated the book. :(

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah that happens to me occasionally

message 20: by Karina (new)

Karina | 255 comments What I would do is go check out the book at the like it and then if I really like it I will buy it.

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

Bookstore. Regardless of whether or not I end up liking in the book I still want it to be mine. And if nothing else, books make the best decorations

message 23: by Kayla (new)

Kayla I personally love the bookstore. Its like adopting your favorite storys

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes that's a great way to put it

message 25: by Maria (new)

Maria (murmur7) | 13 comments I think libraries? I can check out a book and if I don't like it I can simply return it. If a book is worth keeping, I'll just buy it.

I use both because you never know if your going to like a book or not

message 27: by Cest La'Vie (last edited Aug 12, 2014 02:58PM) (new)

Cest La'Vie (nightbookowl) | 4 comments I love the way books look when you are walking around a home. However, I am picky when it comes to display. If the book is a series the books must go in chronical order. If the book is not series I like it when the books are in order by the authors name. As much as I love the look of books I go to the library instead of buying my books because it is cheaper!

message 28: by annaesj (new)

annaesj Same Little Book Owl! My books are in alphabetical order by the authors' surnames and definitely the series in order! I think about doing something inventive like separating genres or doing them by colour but I can't bring myself to! Anyway, I love to support my library, which is community run and very small and I always order books in. I have no book shops very near me, and get books on my kindle almost all the time. I do love visiting book shops though, especially big ones.

Karina | 255 comments I think I would go with a library. And then if I really like the book or series I'll go buy it at a bookstore so I can read it over and over again.:)

message 30: by Aracelli (new)

Aracelli (booklover4612) | 56 comments Bookstore... Just because I love the bookstore! It's the Augustus to my Hazel grace. My Peeta to my Katniss. My Margo to my Quentin. My four to my tris. It's everything to me!!! But the library is also very good since if you questioning the book just read the library book and buy the book if you liked it!!

message 31: by Emma Belle (new)

Emma Belle (EmmsterBelle) The bookstore is like a book haven. It has every single book but they are SO expensive so I prefer the library. I just put books on hold and then wait for them to come in and then I can have them for as long as I like.
