Still reading sequels to last month's book.

Finished the book yesterday. Good but took awhile to get into it. Definitely a gear change from the last books.
I'm about two thirds through this book and for the most part I'm enjoying it. I find the mixture of eighties technology with the science fiction elements unusual.
I particularly like Thursday Next. For the most part she's a relatable character. I also like the arch villain Acheron Hades. He has absolutely no moral compass and will literally do anything.

So neither of those are The Eyre Affair. Lol, I'm guessing you won't have it finished for Tuesday's meeting. ;)
Okay so as I was coming home from my supervision meeting the ice started to come down, around 4:41pm. Still meeting tonight? Put it off until next week? Next month just go full tilt through one series and two books?
Since the inclement weather is intermittent in different areas, we'll probably still meet tonight. However, if we have low turnout we can always discuss the book next month and push back our timeline.
I think for sure though we won't be discussing the Tamir Trilogy tonight unless the majority of us are present.
