Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam's bedroom:

message 3: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam pulled up to his apartment building. He took Odessa's hand when she climbed off the bike and walked with her up to his door. He jingled his keys nervously. He didn't know why he was nervous but he had never brought a girl here before. And Odessa isn't just some girl. She was his soul mate.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Liam was nervous, and Odessa could totally tell. He was usually the most put together out of the two of them and she rarely saw him so unnerved. Her fingers felt a little pinched between his. She smiled softly, lifting their hands to place a light kiss on the back of his, hoping to sooth him a little.

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam glanced down at her when he felt her lips on his hand. He smiled sheepishly, embarrassed at being caught. "Sorry." He murmured brushing a kiss on her forehead. He unlocked his door and ushered her inside fumbling for the light. Once he found the switch, the living room was illuminated. It wasn't as messy as Liam remembered. Maybe Jasper had been home.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Des grinned back at him easily. "Don't worry about it," she assured him quietly. After stepping into the apartment, her eyes adjusting to the light. She was surprised by how put together it was, considering to young men lived here. "I don't know what you were so worried about. This place is nice," she said lightly, looking around.

message 7: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam shrugged and began going through the house turning on more lights. "It's alright. I think Jasper was here and that's why it's so clean." He said. "Want a tour?" He asked turning and walking back to where Odessa was still standing in the entryway. "It's not as big as your place but it's home."

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa smiled. "I like it," she said, sliding off her shoes by the door out of habit. Her mother usually freaked out if she tracked dirt in on her nice clean carpets. She didn't know why that mattered to her, since she wasn't the one cleaning it up. "Lead the way," she told him.

message 9: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) He smiled bemused at her when she took off her shoes but took her hand and led her down the hallway. "Well you just saw the living room and the kitchen branches off of it." He said. It was a decent sized apartment and it was pretty cheap considering. He pointed to the first door on the right. "That's Jasper's room. That's the bathroom." He said pointing to the next door. At the end of the hall he stopped at the last door. "This one's mine."

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa followed him, her eyes taking it all in. The place really was small. Her house had at least double of everything here, but she kind of liked this better. There was nothing excessive about it. Dessa looked up at him with a grin when he stopped. "Well are you going to show me?" she asked.

message 11: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam smirked down at her. "Should I make you wait like you made me?" He teased before turning the knob and opening the door. His room wasn't that spectacular. It had minimal furbishes and held mainly a bed and his art stuff. He bit his lip. "What do you think?" His place wasn't anywhere near as nice as hers but he liked the smallness of it. It was comforting.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa rolled her eyes. "I didn't make you wait that long," she said, trying to sound defensive. She stepped in to get a better view of the room. "I like it," she said, turning back to Liam. "It suits you," she told him with a smile.

message 13: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam smiled and wrapped his arms around her. "You can come here whenever you want to." He promised, kissing the back of her neck. "I missed you." He murmured huskily. He felt like it had been forever since they were alone together, even though it had only been a few days.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa closed her eyes, resting her hands on his arms. She liked the sound of that. Having an escape was good. Being able to escape and see Liam was even better. A shiver ran through her as she leaned back against him. "I missed you too," she answered quietly, enjoying the way the warmth from his body washed over her.

message 15: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) "We probably have a little while before we should get you home. Do you want to do something?" He asked. It had been so long that he didn't care what they did as long as he was in her presence. He slid his hands over until they were resting on her hips and kissed her neck on last time before pulling away and flopping onto his bed.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa smiled at him. "I just want to hang out with you," she told him. When she was with Liam it was easy to relax, a nice break from a life she was fighting to control. She didn't have to fight anything when she was with him. After nearly a week of being away from him, she felt like she needed to unwind.

message 17: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam grinned and grabbed her arm pulling her onto the bed next to him. With her so close, his tense muscles finally began to unwind. She was the only calming person in his life and he wouldn't be able to go another whole week without seeing her. He needed to talk to her parents before they forbid her from seeing him completely.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa leaned her head on his shoulder, settling onto the bed. "I really did miss you," she said quietly, taking his hand in hers and tracing the lines on his palm. She studied it closely like it was a road map, the thin lines on his skin the streets. Des smiled, picking at a small speck of paint dried to his palm.

message 19: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam began tracing patterns on her back. "I really missed you too. You don't even know how much." He sighed contently. He shivered slightly as she traced lines on his palm. He looked down at her and smiled warmly. He loved her and she was his. He still couldn't believe it, even after all this time.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Dessa smiled back at him, holding his gaze. "I'm sure I can imagine," she said, kissing his knuckles. The separation had probably been just as bad on her. Though it was torture, it was probably a good thing. There were going to be times in their lives where she was sure they wouldn't be able to see each other every day. It would suck, but it was better to get used to it from the start.

message 21: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam smiled and leaned forward pressing his lips to hers. He hadn't realized how much he had missed this until this second. They hadn't had much time together tonight because of the concert but Liam planned to change that. They needed to make up for the time they lost.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa sighed softly, letting her eyelids sink shut. One hand still grasping his, she reached up and cupped the side of his face with the other. Everything felt so easy with him. Dessa was unhurried when her lips moved against his, praying her phone wouldn't interrupt them.

message 23: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam snaked his free hand underneath her and pulled her tighter against him. Everything was clearer with Odessa around. This was the reason she was his muse. She made the world more vivid and colorful. She brought excitement and love back into Liam's life. It's what he had been craving for so long.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa smiled, settling against his body as her fingers wove through the short strand of hair on the back of his head. She kissed him in earnest, not wanting to waste any of the time they had together. Then again, nothing they ever did together was a waste. Even the simplest things felt important, primarily because he was so important to her.

message 25: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam threaded his fingers through her hair and angled her head, deepening the kiss. Liam ran his tongue lightly across her bottom lip before pulling away. He was breathing heavily and his heart pounded rapidly. "I love you Odessa." He whispered huskily. He rolled away from her. He needed to stop. He didn't want to push to far or to fast with her.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa's lips parted just as Liam pulled away from her. Her eyes opened and she looked up at him with a hooded gaze. "I love you too, Liam," she answered quietly. It was probably a good thing that he had pulled away when he did, even if she hadn't wanted him to. Someone here needed to have self-control. Taking a deep breath, she sat up, dragging a hand through her hair and took her phone out of her pocket to check the time.

message 27: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam dragged a hand down his face trying to get his breathing under control. If he hadn't pulled away he didn't know how far he would have gone and he didn't want to push Odessa too far. He wanted everything perfect. He glanced over at her to see her checking her phone. "Anything?"

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa shook her head. "Nothing," she informed him, putting the phone away. She wasn't sure how much they should push their luck, though. It was getting kind of late. If her mother hadn't gone to check on her yet, they had nothing to worry about, but her father usually came to check on her once he got home. She tried to remember when his shift ended.

message 29: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam furrowed his brow. How could a parent not check on their daughter all night? He sat up and tucked a piece of hair behind her ear. "I should probably get you home. I don't want to push our luck." Bending down he placed a chaste kiss on her lips before rolling off the bed and holding out a hand to her.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa bit her lip and nodded, grabbing his hand and getting to her feet. She knew he was right, though she didn't want to have to leave him again. What if a week apart had been a stroke of luck? What if it was even longer before they saw each other again? She shut down that train of thought before she was over run by What if's.

message 31: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam brushed his thumb over her cheek. "I promise we will see each other again. I won't let it be a week like last time." He didn't tell her that he was planning going coming over to her house tomorrow to talk to her dad. He knew she would try to talk him out of it and he had to at least try and convince them.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Des put on a smile for him, hoping he was right. She didn't want to go so long without being with him ever again, thought she knew that was a bit to hope for as long as she lived by her parents' rules. "We should probably get going before it gets to late," she said. Though she wanted to push off their departure as much as possible, stalling wasn't the best idea in their current situation.

message 33: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam nodded, giving her one last kiss before opening his bedroom door. He kept a tight hold on her hand all the way to his bike. He drove to her house slower than normal trying to prolong their time together. He didn't know how he would convince her parents but he would. There was no doubt in his mind.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Once Liam had parked the bike, Odessa got off, pulling the helmet off her head. Her hair rose in a cloud of friz and static and the wind wasn't doing much to help. Sighing, she gathered her hair together and put it into a messy ponytail. "Let's go, chop chop. I'm hungry," she told Liam with a grin.

message 35: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam swung his leg off the bike and took off his helmet. He shook his head at Odessa's demanding tone. "Remember Dessa. All good things come to those who wait." He teased taking her hand and walking up the stairs to his floor.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa rolled her eyes. "Well, I don't like waiting," she grumbled, letting him pull her upstairs. "Is your room mate home today?" she asked. She was curious to meet this boy, and she wondered if she would ever get to meet him. It seemed he was never home.

message 37: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) "Probably not." He said unlocking the door. Jasper rarely came home. Which was fine with Liam. It gave him more time to paint and write his music without interruptions. He fumbled for the light to the living room and flipped the switch, illuminating the room in a soft glow.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa figured as much. "So what are you gonna make?" she asked with a grin, kicking off her sandals. She liked coming here. She had only ever been to Liam's apartment once, but it had made an impression on her.

message 39: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam tossed his keys onto the counter and made his way into the kitchen. "I don't know. I was thinking of making what I was going to make at your house but I don't know if I have everything." He said rummaging in his cupboards.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ "I really don't care what you make," Odessa told him. "Hell, you can hand me a box of cereal and I'll be happy," she said with a smile. Dessa wasn't a very picky eater. She couldn't really afford to be when she went to dinners with her parents where they served caviar and calamari.

message 41: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam turned his head and smirked at her. "But if I made you cereal then you wouldn't see my cooking skills." He said with a laugh. He found a few items that could go in the salad but it wouldn't be as good as the one he was going to make earlier.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ "Touche," Odessa said with a lopsided grin. She had no doubt that Liam knew how to cook. "Well hurry up, I'm hungry," she told him, sitting herself down on the couch. Looking around, she mused, "I'm going to have to come here more often."

message 43: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam pulled out the chicken from the freezer and popped it in the microwave so it could defrost a little. "Patience grasshopper." He teased, cutting up the chicken into strips when it was soft enough. "It would feel more like home if you did."

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa crossed her arms. "Are you implying that I'm a spastic, irritating bug?" she joked, eyebrows raised. "You know I have no patience, I thought we've been over this." She pulled her feet up and sat cross-legged on the couch. "I'll have to make a habit of it. That way you can cook for me every day," she said with a grin.

message 45: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) "You'll be patient. Just watch." He said a grin stretched across his face. "So you're impatient and lazy?" He shook his head. "Not a very good combination to have babe."

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa narrowed her eyes at him. "I'll have you know that me cooking is a safety hazard. If you ever want to burn this place down, let me know, but as long as you want to keep your kitchen intact, it would be smart to keep me out of it," she informed him. The only thing she knew how to make was tea and toast.

message 47: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam chuckled and flipped the chicken. "I was kidding." He said throwing a smile over his shoulder. "I like cooking for you. It makes me feel useful." The only thing he had going for him was his art and music and that couldn't really make much money.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ "You're useful for plenty of things," she informed him, getting off the couch. Dessa made her way into the kitchen and hopped up on an empty counter space like she did at home. "God knows no one else could love me," she said with a grin, her bare feet swinging back and forth.

message 49: by Tia (new)

Tia Jenkins (tia_jenkins) Liam frowned at her. "What do you mean by that?" He asked. "You're very easy to love Odessa. You're incredibly beautiful, smart, and you know what you want in life. Not many people can say that about themselves." He couldn't believe she thought that about herself.

₪Daughter of the Rain and Snow₪ Odessa merely shrugged. "I'm also stubborn, defensive, and have a family that scares everyone away. Well, everyone except for you," she replied simply. In this day and age, it was always so difficult for people to love each other, with or without the clocks. If she didn't have Liam, she wasn't sure who else would put up with her.
