I read a great crime novel set in Florence last year. By Marco Vichi Death in August: A Novel. Really evocative of how hot it gets in summer.

Lizzie (lizzierw) | 68 comments I went to Italy in July. I have fair skin so I get burnt easily. The first day I was there I turned red in a day.
