What is the severity? What triggers it? What helps? How are you feeling? Stay strong...

♫✯Em loves Hollenstein✯♫❤the summertime and butterflies all belong to your creation❤ | 2 comments I have anxiety, and I almost daily have panic attacks.
I have anxiety that is triggered by noise, and maths.
Also things I find 'germy' and don't want to touch, and I wash my hands too much.

Hey guys. I know what you're going through. I can't sleep at night a lot because of my anxiety. I actually genetically inhereited it from my mother.

Most mental disorders are, actually. They can be genetic or not.

ᴘʜᴏᴇɴɪx ★ᴄᴀᴛᴄʜ ᴍᴇ, ɪ'ᴍ ꜰᴀʟʟɪɴɢ★ Question...is anxiety like constantly thinking stuff like, "what if...."?

it can be..

tired ive been diagnosed with anxiety and it sucks ass and celexa or whatever medication they put you on doesnt help in my opinion but thats just me.

if youre on the midst of a panic attack i recommend taking deep breathes, in five seconds and out eight seconds. also to distract yourself from something youre worrying about spelling things out backwards helps.

Caitlyn (caitlynjones1217) I get anxiety attacks before soccer matches, being on stage, and sometimes for no reason. I find myself breathing really hard and sweating without relaxing at first. On occasion it gets so bad that I can't breathe.

Anastacia (ana3) | 16 comments I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder over a year ago, I have a lot of triggers to may to list here but I have a wonderful support team. I still have people who don't understand my anxiety, including my dad but I don't focus on those who don't understand, I focus on the people who are helping me cope.

Corey | 2 comments I have anxiety, I was diagnosed with it when I was about 18 or 19. There are a number of things that trigger it, I won't go overboard but here's some things that cause it.

Being in large crowds of unfamiliar or strange people
When I'm driving and there's someone behind me who's like really close to me
When people get really close to me in general
Going to meetings or job interviews
Running into someone in public that I don't get along with
Going to the Dentist
When the power goes out at night
and lots of other things

Some of my mild symptoms are, dizziness, headaches, trouble concentrating, trouble eating and sleeping, difficulty swallowing, sweating. When it gets really bad, sometimes I get nausea, occasionally vomiting, breathing heavily, depression, and short tempered, but not to the point where it's violent.

I like to think I work through it very well because my Mom and Dad are very understanding and they both have anxiety too, and I also take medicine for it. If there's something bothering me I always feel like I can talk to them, I know they won't always have the answers but it's good to talk about.
