I have my own Facebook and Twitter pages.
The difficulty for this is time.
As I am on Good Reads a lot more than Facebook, but they are connected, and my reviews go straight to my home page.
But time is difficult, with running my own website
(www.thestartsphotos.com), my wifes jewellery site (www.craftytrace.com), and working full time.
But yes I am sure it would help, any volunteers ?

I still write to celebrities and have received photos, tow, from Elliot Gould, and singer Sarah MacLachlan.

We have now hit over 200. Well 220 !
Adding over 100 in the last two weeks.
let's keep growing, send a message to each of your friends in one e-mail.
200 members and at least half of each of your own friends will increase size.
I do search for true thriller fans, mystery fans and ask them to join.
Please help grow this site, but we want members who post and encourage us to all posts interesting posts

Well Karin has arrived as a member of our site for two weeks now.
I sent the invitation to ALL my friends that were not members of this group.
This has increased membership again by quite a few, I thank you my friends for joining.
It's a great active, fun, friendly group that I am proud to have started, and now with two friends helping with moderating a little pressure off as well.
Lorrea is helping with the group reads.

This was my first target to reach at the beginning of the year.
Yes I started this group a year ago, but only this year did time allow to concentrate my time to build and promote this site.
I have and spent many hours letting people know about this group.
I thank many of my loyal and regular members who have supported me and helping me.
I thank the members that post here regularly as well, as I know we all pop into other groups to check out.
But my job here is to keep the posts interesting, fun and friendly, so we all enjoy it and stay here, at least most of the time.
I am hoping by next Monday a week time, to hopefully increas the membership another 100-200 if we can.
My long goal is to make this the site everyone wants to join!!

Just think if every member here asked there friends to join, we would increase enormously.
I am very proud of this group, and the fun posts and great recommendations, I am really loving it.
Help me build this site to the best here and the biggest here.

The authors have also been promoting the group.
I was hoping for 400 for tomorrow for our Karin Slaughter Q & A, but not far off my target!
We could still do it, keep inviting your friends, thriller lovers and Karin Slaughter fans.
Congrats on 391 members! Have fun at the author Q&A tomorrow. I haven't read any of Ms. Karin Slaughter's books. I saw my ebooks overdrive library has her books though. what's a good book of hers to read first? just curious. I might not be able to read it right now for the Q&A as I got other books to read but I'd read it after my other reads are done.

Sean, I'm curious as to how many authors we have. I love how friendly everybody is, whether you write or just read. I like that we try to read our groups authors for group reads so just wondering how many!

we have aroung fifty authors that are members here, although not all active.
All our group read authors, nominees and winners are active here, many pop in and read threads.
I remarked on Karin Slaughter's book on a thread here, and had a private message from here, so easy to forget that many people are reading posts here.
I do invite quite a few authors to this group, and many authors themselves invite their author friends.
Well done Sean on all your efforts to grow the group. I don't know where you find the time!
