But I thought the group instructions regarding adding new book covers indicated that I could provide a link to the new editions on Amazon, which automatically includes the ASIN in the URL.

The new ISBN covers that need to be added/updated are:

I don't understand that? You have added for one alternate cover edition the ASIN in the ISBN field. It should only be added in the ASIN field.
