I've quite a few Challenges created in my group and though members participate, member participation isn't as high as I'd like to be...:(

Could u guys suggest some challenge ideas??

I've had some trouble with this before. Always keep your challenges fun and entertaining. Nobody will participate in it if its boring. Maybe like, "Who can read the most books within a week?!"

A lot of times people struggle to add awards with their challenges, try and come up with awards/prizes.

Sure, I have a few.
