Like I said, this Sandy has split personality. She can be sweet, shy, trusting, a goody-two-shoes, and smart, or she can reckless, "cool" according to the 1950s, and brave.

She is passionate first and foremost. Her passion often causes her to be an outcast.
She is devoted. Devoted to helping those who cannot help themselves. Devoted to helping her crippled sister Nessa.
She is lonely. Though she wouldn't admit it publicly, she feels very alone. For such a long time her only company is Nessa, who can't realize the pain Elphaba feels. And when Nessa is killed, Elphaba's only remaining refuge is Fiyero. When he sacrifices himself for her, she can't entirely bear her loneliness. This feeds her anger.
She is angry. She sees injustice and must stop it. This anger is a natural reaction. Some things we should get angry about. Elphaba is also angry because of her perception of herself. She can't see her own beauty, and it upsets her.
She is misunderstood. Portrayed as evil, treated as evil. But really good.

Marshmallow is a hulking behemoth of a snow man, who's joints are of ice rather than sticks, like Olaf. His fingers are made from rounded icicles, his elbows and knees having sheets of ice on them like knee and elbow pads. When angered,his eye sockets light up, and ice spikes will protrude from multiple parts of his body. It is shown that he gains ice spikes on his back, kind of like the quills of a porcupine, as well as ice growing along his arms. His fingers sharpen to become talons, and fangs will grow along his jaw line. HE'S SCARY LOOKING XD
[Character's Personality] Just as Olaf represents Elsa's childlike persona, Marshmallow appears to represent Elsa's powerful desire to be left alone. Because of this, he is extremely aggressive and territorial to intruders or others who try to enter the castle except Elsa, whom he was made to protect; Marshmallow is really devoted to the Snow Queen.
