How do we want to use this group? Do we want to try to set up a reading group, or just have discussions about books that several of us like? Do we want to try to make some challenges?

Or something else entirely?

I'm up for any of these possibilities. I'd love to read some more books about management/working. On the other hand, I'd be happy to just discuss books some people have read too.

I think this group could be used to link to helpful resources in AAM comments. The reader can find a more detailed discussion over here without sifting through hundreds of other comments on a post. I like this idea as a way to consolidate work-related book reviews for the casual reader.

I like the idea of bookshelves that can assist with workplace issues. My first nomination: The Gift of Fear.

Oh yes! The Gift of Fear should beverage first recommend book for this group. I need to re-read it, actually...

I have been meaning to read The Gift of Fear FOREVER. Just put it on hold at my library.
