Would these work:

Firefighter for fireman
Police officer or sheriff for policeman
Tub for bathtub

Curls in hair mentioned for curly hair (red curls were visible beneath his hat)

They all work! (except with Tub make sure it is obvious it is for bathing, a 'tub of lard' wouldn't work)

I just want the exact word (plurals will work)

So basically if it's listed in the book, no matter the meaning, it should work. Like Angie's examples all of the following should work....

The cat was the color of midnight.

She lost her shoe at midnight.

Don't steal me buried treasure.

His treasure trail was golden blonde.

Flash! Went the camera.

When he came out of his house in his robe, I didn't know if Old Man Roberts was going to yell at me for being on his lawn or flash me.

Her werewolf pack became her family.

She went home to pack for her vacation.

All those are great examples!

That makes it so much easier to find words :)

A question about when our team picks words from the other categories. If we agree as a team to use Doctor/Nurse from A, midnight from B, and Flash from C, do we all have to use Doctor or can 2 of us use Doctor and 2 of us use Nurse? (hopefully that made sense. I've been awake too many hours now)

2 of you can use doctor and 2 of you can use nurse or any combination :)
