I would go to The Shadow Hunter world, Nick Gautier's world, and Seven Realms, and Red Queen.

message 2: by Ravanna Dee (new)

Ravanna Dee (ravannadee) The Mortal Instruments series, I would want to be a Shadow Hunter! Or I would go into the Naturals series world where I can fight against the world of unjust, with incredible gifts.

Nice. I agree some medieval place or like the Red Queen world

message 4: by Ravanna Dee (new)

Ravanna Dee (ravannadee) Oh, I love the Red Queen, I just finished it like...a week or so ago. So good. Although I wanted to wring Mavens neck at the end. I so didn't expect that. But I also loved that the writer did that, when you read so many books you get use to seeing how it's going to end and it makes books a 'little' boring I like it when the books surprises me. So when the author totally did a 360 on the book I loved it! Does that make any sense?

Yes!! I am SO torn between Cal and Maven. I can't tell who I like best. I feel like Maven isn't completely lost.

message 6: by Ravanna Dee (last edited Jul 31, 2015 06:32PM) (new)

Ravanna Dee (ravannadee) Me too! I think in the next book, her friend...what's his name...Kilorn or something, will turn out to have loved her and there will be some kind of Love triangle thing going on.

message 7: by SmilingDork (new)

SmilingDork | 521 comments Mod
I don't want her falling for Kilorn. I want it to be one of the princes. Mare looks like she is leaning more towards Cal. It would be really cute if she still loved Maven and was the one that pulled him from the dark side. Then they took down the queen and somewhere in that battle Maven is hit and he dies afterward proclaiming his love for Mare. And that would be almost my perfect ending. Almost.

message 8: by Ravanna Dee (new)

Ravanna Dee (ravannadee) Yup bittersweet is just how it should go...lol!<3

Lol. I would want magical powers too. Did you know Isle of the Lost is now a movie? Made by Disney Channel. I am watching it again today and it makes me REALLY eager to read the book. And there are total hints to more books to come. I LOVE Disney!!!!! I REALLY need to get my hands on the book now. Thankfully I have it reserved at the library :D

message 13: by SmilingDork (new)

SmilingDork | 521 comments Mod
Yeah. It was really cute. It was on Disney Channel and though I am nearly sixteen I do occasionally watch Disney Channel. Anyways check it out if you got time. They still might be airing it.

Saarah | 532 comments Mod

message 23: by SmilingDork (new)

SmilingDork | 521 comments Mod
I have given up on trying to figure out why mom and dad put so many restrictions on my life but slowly I am being set free of them.

message 24: by Saarah (new)

message 27: by Saarah (new)

Saarah | 532 comments Mod
oh wait goodreads too

message 28: by Ravanna Dee (new)

Ravanna Dee (ravannadee) Lol...Same I have really strict parents too, I have learned over the years how to find loop holes on there rules. Believe it or not but my father actually taught me how [With out meaning too though]...lol..And I've learned which rules are okay to break and which ones would be just stupid to break. Like, Sneaking out of my house to go to a party, or stuff like that. My mom used to say when I was real little that I was really smart, and that if I only stopped using my super genius abilities to cause mischief, I wouldn't get into so much trouble all the time. Now that I'm older, I have. But I still cause an occasional mischief, I'm just more inconspicuous about it now! ;)

message 29: by SmilingDork (new)

SmilingDork | 521 comments Mod
Lol. Now that I am older I have too found loop holes and it is fun yo cause mischief. Especially with my siblings. Yeah I agree I couldn't live without Goodreads and my books. ;P

You guys know each other outside of Goodreads? I was looking for new books to read when I stumbled over the site then signed up for it immediately.

message 34: by Saarah (new)

Saarah | 532 comments Mod
yeah, we're cousins :) oh, I was too, so I had known about this, but I never signed up. I didn't think you could do this much stuff on it.

message 35: by SmilingDork (new)

SmilingDork | 521 comments Mod

message 38: by Saarah (new)

Saarah | 532 comments Mod
aww :( my whole family loves to read. especially me and my mom. my sister and my oldest brother also love to read.

message 39: by SmilingDork (new)

SmilingDork | 521 comments Mod
Not my family. My brothers and sister are video game people and techno savy people. Mom is read news stories and is on Facebook. Dad reads but very rarely because he works and now is a scout leader so busy he is. So I am all alone :'(

I have my sister Rori, my cousin Kahrder, and my aunt Miki, all on here. My sister and I do almost everything together. She saw Goodreads on Pinterest, and kept telling me about how wonderful it was, and she finally convinced me to try it out. And now I can't even imagine what it would be like if I never joined.

message 50: by Ravanna Dee (new)

Ravanna Dee (ravannadee) Oh, and I just finished The Taking. [It was Amazing] And so I've decided, The 5th wave and the Taking would each be good books to, be in. Very action packed, and tear filled. *Blubbering over the ending*
