Spreadsheets
Master Spreadsheet

Team Spreadsheet

- Once all columns of a goal have been filled out a new goal will appear within 5 minutes.

- Do not change existing pages. You may add a new page to your spreadsheet if you want to track additional information.

- Mark books as used in your books list once they are used for a goal.

- Only books read during the current round may be applied towards goals, once the round has ended those books may no longer be used for a goal.

- Once you merge teams, you may use your books for your partner teams goals. List them in your books list and on their goals sheet. Mark them as used.

- If you end up with more than 3 open goals, contact a moderator for help.

The master spreadsheet and team spreadsheet has been added to the beginning of your team thread.

Captains and co-captains should message the moderator account with their team name and google doc e-mail to be added to the approved editors of the team spreadsheet.

Eni | 2349 comments Time for introductions =D

Where is everyone from?
How much do you usually read per week?
What are your favorite genres?
Tell us a little bit about yourself =)

I'll start. I'm a 30 year old (almost 31 gah!) single mom from Portugal, Europe. I have a beautiful almost 3 year old daughter who i won't stop talking about if i'm allowed to xD. No furry family members, sadly. I had a cat but she died little more than a year ago. Last year i went back to college and started fresh. It's a very scary and hard thing to do, but i really want to have a diploma. I used to be a gamer, but lately i haven't had that much time to game, but that just means i read a little bit more xD
I'm planning to read 2 books a week, but since i'm on vacation right now and i may get into the challenge i may read a few more =x

My favorite genres: YA, horror, dystopian, urban fantasy, paranormal. I can also read fantasy and sci-fi.

message 29: by Eni (new)

Eni | 2349 comments Strategy time!

We have our first goals.

1. Read a book with the main genre as Paranormal
2. Read a book that was originally published before 1900
3. Read a book where a char's first name starts with Y

we can't start them just yet, but we can get a little bit of planning done and see who wants to tackle which goal =)

message 30: by Jackie (new)

Jackie | 2166 comments Okay, I'll introduce myself. I live in North Carolina and am retired from a career in IT Management. I have 3 children, all grown. Two live in North Carolina and one in New Hampshire. I read 3-5 books a week on average. My favorite genres are mystery, fantasy, and young adult although I will read just about anything.

message 31: by Sonia (new)

Sonia (darktalynn) | 11599 comments I was about to complain that you have paranormal but then I saw the 1900 part...ick... classics *shudders*

message 32: by Stacie (new)

Stacie (thesebooksaremyfriends) I hate books before 1900!!!

Hi I'm Stacie, 36, 37 next month (really!?!?) living in College Park, MD. No kids (unless husbands count) and 4 cats. I'm a counselor but I'm looking to start a new career so I went back to school for a 2nd degree. Working full-time and school is a lot but somehow I still find time to read :) I read about 7 to 10 books a week, sometimes more if work is slow. My favorite genres are Romance, YA, NA, though I do branch out to other genres!

message 35: by Jackie (new)

Jackie | 2166 comments I can take the prior to 1900 book. I've been wanting to read Persuasion by Jane Austen or reread Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen by Jane Austen.

It all depends on the word count. I think a few can qualify

GR has Uma Aventura books. Of course it will have her =D

message 44: by Eni (new)

Eni | 2349 comments ok found a y char. A Discovery of Witches. And the book has 579 pages so we get a whole point for it =)

message 45: by Stacie (new)

Stacie (thesebooksaremyfriends) Y books:

Study Trilogy Collection Poison Study, Magic Study, Fire Study by Maria V. Snyder

Intrinsical (The Yara Silva Trilogy, #1) by Lani Woodland

A Discovery of Witches (All Souls Trilogy, #1) by Deborah Harkness

message 46: by Stacie (new)

Stacie (thesebooksaremyfriends) Eni, what do you want me to read?

message 47: by Eni (new)

Eni | 2349 comments Whichever you prefer Stacie. If you want to grab the Y book go for it =) i can do the paranormal one. Or vice-versa xD, or you can just read whatever and get attack points =p

message 48: by Stacie (new)

Stacie (thesebooksaremyfriends) I'll just read for attack points unless no one wants the paranormal. None of the y books are on my list.

message 50: by Cathy M. (last edited Aug 01, 2015 10:53AM) (new)

Cathy M. (mccathy77) | 6006 comments I'll take on paranormal. That works out because I was going to read this short book tonight/tomorrow morning for another challenge so I can get through it quick :)

My name is Cathy and I'm an Office Manager in a law firm in Los Angeles. I originally grew up in AZ and Korea (army brat), mostly in Korea where I met my hubby when I was in college and he was there after getting out of the Army. We've now been together 15 years, married for 6. We don't have any human children but do have 2 cats - Kamikaze & Buddy.

I typically read at least 4 books a week, though when I'm playing games like this, I tend to read more. All depending on the page lengths really! I mostly read romances, MM, YA, NA, and some Fantasy/Paranormal. I'll read almost anything, except Christian Fiction or non-fiction.
