books turned into films discussion

this is a large book-and would need to be a 2 1/2 hour movie at the least to get across all the caharacter development in it, but it is by far the most moving book I think I've ever read. The movie would be amazing if they played true to the pages.

Has anyone read this book? what do you think?

you should. its beyond great. I tend to like reading books about people who have hard lives that have to realize things about themselves before they have this life changing experiance.

the 3 books Ive read from wally lamb all have this main point. So ive grown to love his work. I follow him alot. I dont know what you normally read but if you want to switch it up and try something new this book should be at the top of your list-Ive recommended it to a few friends and they all loved it.

if you want you could start off with one of his smaller books you could check out She's Come Undone. It has the same overall feel that I know this much is true has. But it doesnt have as nearly as many pages.
