Ha ha! I'm glad you like it. It was 400pages of torture for me!

Thank you! Oh gosh Sarah don't say that la la la la I hope I like it, someone recommended it to me and said the couple in it was their favorite couple from any book so I had to check it out
I wanted to read it because it said it was like graceling, but it was nothing like graceling, and more like a fairy tale.
I think we're quite opposite at times. I hated vampire academy, champion by Marie lu, grave mercy, and onyx, and I know you liked all of them so maybe it's a good thing that I didn't like it!
Sarah, can you please change the date to 21st? Rachael and I would like to buddy read it. I'm going to start it tomorrow but we'll discuss it on April 21st when Rachael ready to read it. Thanks!

************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Starting from here will be Rachael and I discussion about the book. Everyone welcome to join us.
11% I'm liking it so far. I like the way it's written, the way Cecile tells her story and the mystery in it. I'm wondering so many things now, especially about the curse.(view spoiler)
Rachmi and Rachel are going to discuss it on the 21st when Rachel reads it, but Rachmi is reading it today ☺
Yes, Tessa, I've already started it since I can't wait to read it :D But I'll discuss it with Rachael on 21th. Would you like to join us?I'm at 34% now, at chapter 13 (view spoiler)
This book was so good I can't stop reading it and forget to write my progress here :DAnyway, I finished it! Can't wait to discuss it with you, Rachael.

I might. I also have this on my "dying to read list". How was it? Was it better than The Winner's Curse? How about compared to Cruel Beauty?
It's way better than The Winner's Curse! and kinda reminds me of Cruel Beauty. I haven't decided how many stars will I give, though. It's either 4 or 5 stars :D
Sarah wrote: "I thought it was awful. even worse than Cruel Beauty."Well, me and Rachimi kinda have the same taste in books :) .
Yeah, I couldn't wait to see your thought, Tessa. It has longer pages than most of YA books I've read, if you don't like it, it become unbearable, I think.
Sorry those 3 books didn't work on you, Sarah.

I'm not sure I can squeeze it in this month, but next month for sure :) .

I really hope you'll love it too :)
Hi guys! I started this last night so I'll be updating as I go.. I'm reading really slow this month so bare with me
Okay I'm about 11%.. It's interesting so far... mysterious for sure. It takes some serious skill to make me like "fantasy" books.. the author has to be really good at exploining all these mythological creatures so i can visualise them in my head... Right now I'm just seeing a bunch of these guys

For five centuries, a witch’s curse has bound the trolls to their city beneath the ruins of Forsaken Mountain. Time enough for their dark and nefarious magic to fade from human memory and into myth. But a prophesy has been spoken of a union with the power to set the trolls free, and when Cécile de Troyes is kidnapped and taken beneath the mountain, she learns there is far more to the myth of the trolls than she could have imagined.
Cécile has only one thing on her mind after she is brought to Trollus: escape. Only the trolls are clever, fast, and inhumanly strong. She will have to bide her time, wait for the perfect opportunity.
But something unexpected happens while she’s waiting – she begins to fall for the enigmatic troll prince to whom she has been bonded and married. She begins to make friends. And she begins to see that she may be the only hope for the half-bloods – part troll, part human creatures who are slaves to the full-blooded trolls. There is a rebellion brewing. And her prince, Tristan, the future king, is its secret leader.
As Cécile becomes involved in the intricate political games of Trollus, she becomes more than a farmer’s daughter. She becomes a princess, the hope of a people, and a witch with magic powerful enough to change Trollus forever.
Tatiana and I will be reading this from March 27th 2014. Everybody welcome.
