One question, do the powers need to be strictly mind based? Or can they be something to do with the body or spirit as well?

Necromancy (?) - (view spoiler)[Not sure if this is too borderline. Basically the ability to reanimate the dead, however this would be limited to small animals such as rodents and only last a few minutes. Plus it takes a lot of concentration to do (hide spoiler)]

Necromancy is fine, as long as it stays limited. Do you still want Wind Manipulation?

Emotion Manipulation. They can slightly change how you feel, basically.
