Of course, several of you (I'm lookin' at you, MK ;P ) might already know that this one is my favorite, but I'll share it here anyway. ;P

The ridiculously long one Sophie posted is the chemical name for titan (aka connectin), a human protein, and the largest known protein. And the one I posted is a type of lung disease caused by silica dust.
Not words that you use ever! Imagine getting a letter that you saw was supper long then opening it and reading- Dear Mary Kate, I was just worried that you weren't getting enough- and then a few pages of gibberish that you couldn't understand!
