"What's it like to not be able to go outside?" she asked staring in between the branches at the moon and stars.
"I meant in the sun. I mean, yeah midnight's my favorite time of day, but I just wonder how it is," she replied laying down beside him. She sighed, taking in the beauty around them.
She looked over at him, confused. "I guess I just wondered," she said slowly. "I'm going to be an outcast even at the hotel, right? I wonder if I made the right choice, drinking her blood."
Vanessa laughed. She turned her attention from the sky to Jamie. "Thanks," she said smiling appreciatively.
"What time is it?" Vanessa asked suddenly. She remembered that she wanted to go pack a few things since everyone at the institute was gone and would return at 3 am. ((Which doesn't exactly make sense since vamps can't go into the institute, but ehh, just go with it ;) ))
"Okay," Vanessa said and relaxed. One more hour, then I leave. she thought to herself.
((That sounds awesome! XD))
((That sounds awesome! XD))
((Yeah!))
Vanessa put her head on his shoulder and her arms around him. "I'm glad that you're here," she said, smiling.

Vanessa sat up and looked around. She heard a crackle of leaves. "Did you hear that?" she asked.
Vanessa sat up and looked around. She heard a crackle of leaves. "Did you hear that?" she asked.
"I know. I'll be back," she said getting up. She ran in the direction of the animal, finally catching up to the sound at a lake.
Vanessa stopped, barely out of breath. She waited to hear where the animal was, but no sound was made.
Vanessa sat down, disappointed that she had lost her meal. Maybe Jamie's right. Maybe I should just drink mundanes blood. she thought.
((:D Okay!))
Vanessa leaned against him. "I think I'm good, actually," she said. "Thanks, though."

Vanessa frowned and grabbed his hand. "Please just tell me," she begged.
((Hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe!))
((Hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe!))
((I know right!? ;P))
Vanessa sighed. "Fine, don't tell me. It's not like it really matters," she said.
Vanessa sighed. "Fine, don't tell me. It's not like it really matters," she said.
"You're not mad, are you?" Vanessa asked sadly. "I mean 'cause if you don't want me to know then I'll just forgot about it."
((C ya!))
Vanessa smiled. It was the first time someone other than her family had told her that. She thought about how they had first met. She was trying to kill him. She laughed.

((Hey! Had to eat, so now I'm back!))
"Remember when we met? We were so pissed at each other," she replied smiling.

"Well, you like their blood," Vanessa pointed out. "And I'm still the same person as I was that night."
"That's about 5:30ish. And I need to be somewhere at 2:10, so please remind me," Vanessa said nervously.
"Sure," Vanessa said getting up. "You can just go back to the hotel if you want. I won't be long." she told him.
"I'm sorry, but this is something I need to do by myself, alright. I'll be back before three," she said, biting her lip.
